[Note: "SPC" does not designate any particular organisation; it means a group of "individual", "spontaneous" scientologists who have WWW hate pages. Some of these activities are supported by Relaypoint.net, which owns the PO Box for the domain. Owner of "Relay Point" is scientologist Doug DeStafeno] * Win: On 2.10.2000, Relay Point removed the copyright violation after receiving a PGP-signed Kobringram.
* 28.9.2000: Tilman's copyrights violated again * Admission: Scientology again admits controlling parishioners.org. Rod Keller said on 9.11.1999:
"At a picket this year, Sylvia Stanard, DSA of FCDC asked me if I was on parishioners.org. At the time I was not, and told her so. She replied that she would have to change that."* Win: On 12.8.1999, Relay Point removes Tilman's copyright violation after receiving a PGP-signed Kobringrams from me and a phone call from Ted Mayett. (Thanks, Ted) * Win: On 2.8.1999, Yahoo!Geocities removes the http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Square/4504/ site, which had numerous copyright violations.
* 31.7.1999: Tilman's copyrights violated again * SPC and Relay Point proven to be an arm of scientology Just hours after the secret settlement of Dennis "I will never be silenced" Erlich, the sites http://www.parishioners.org/Intolerance/Erlich01.html have been removed, which shows that SPC is directly controlled by scientology. It means also that scientology is also involved in the copyright violations on the two sites.
A bit later, http://www.dancris.com/~rshaw/ became also empty.
We know already that http://www.parishioners.org is actually
"Relay Point" itself. Therefore it means that "Relay Point" is directly
under the control of scientology. The "dancris.com" website is pro forma
owned by Russell Shaw, but we know that Shaw is 1. a puppet of
scientology (sued CAN, then dropped the suit), and 2. he admitted that
he does not control the site.
* SPC identified:
The accounts <webmaster@parishioners.org> and <cbbrown@PARISHIONERS.ORG>
has been identified as being routed to the account <spc@mail2.relaypoint.net> ("spc" tried to make it appear as if "webmaster" and "spc" are different entities). The spc account has been identified as belonging to "Fernando Martinez". The account <francoci@relaypoint.net> has been identified as belonging to "Fernando Martinez". (Note that these might be bogus names; however, the Relay Point SMTP server accepts the "EXPN" command, which suggest a clueless ISP) * Win:
At the beginning of June, SPC had removed many copyright violations from their http://www.parishioners.org/Intolerance/ website.
* Win:
http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/Congress/5738/ has been removed (it violated the copyrights of Arnaldo Lerma) * Win:
On 17.5, SPC removed the copyrighted photograph of Martin Hunt and replaced it with a blank picture.
* Directory:
SPC has modified the directory rights, so that it is no longer possible to view http://www.parishioners.org/Intolerance/images/ * Win:
On 15.4, the copyright violations of my photographs at RelayPoint have been removed / garbled. Before, I have sent two PGP-signed Kobringrams to RelayPoint.net, which specifically mentioned the netcom case, the Henson case, and DMCA and the Berne convention.
http://www.parishioners.org/Intolerance/images/henson01.jpg Additionally, two netizens (Mark Bunker and another) have visited the offices of RelayPoint.net.
* Loss and win:
On 13.4, Geocities has unlocked the page http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Square/4504/ . I complained again.
Today, Friday, the copyright violations have been removed / garbled.
Another similar site http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Delphi/5076/ has already been given up weeks ago.

SPC denotes Scientologist Parishioners Committee founded on around the time
of the '99 LA Hubbard Birthday picket and announced by a series of ARS posts
announcing home pickets for various critics.
The parishioners.org site was discovered in it's construction phase on March 20, '99 if I remember right, but was completely revised soon to drop any direct connection to 'Scientology', probably in keeping with the philosophy of the home pickets which hid any connection with 'Scientology'.
Parishioners.org domain is owned by Craig Brown, the self-proclaimed OTVIII and founder of the Scientology Parishioners Committee and Friends of Religious Liberty the earlier cover group for home pickets as early as July '98.
The original SPC site included a duplicate of the DA page on me announced by RodF and Wgert 2 weeks prior to it's actual existence in August '98, which Wgert claimed was created by Edwin Richardson, but showed William Gertner in its source code. This page had numerous short lived existences on free tripod, geocities and Globe sites, but was usually deleted after abuse complaints (not mine) including for copyright infringement.
I find it more useful to keep it up, and it's still available as an example of OSA work at:
http://members.tripod.com/zinjifar0/ Linked are copies of both the original SPC posts to ARS, and Stephen Jones hilarious SPC #15 parodies.
