Richard Howd, Scientology OSA's "go-to" man in Clearwater is the anonymous "Mr. Scary" who was posting the libelous "Scary Couple" web pages to this newsgroup a few months ago.

He has been identified at the Kinko's store on Fowler Avenue in Tampa, Florida, uploading those webpages attacking Peter Alexander and Patricia Greenway, as well as myself. ARS regulars might remember Richard Howd from the little OSA OP against Bob Minton... Howd's admission in court as to being an official drone for OSA Legal is here:

He has been positively identified at the Kinko's store on Fowler Avenue in Tampa, Florida. Howd used this location to upload those libelous webpages attacking Peter Alexander and Patricia Greenway, as well as myself. Here are the dates and times he was at the Tampa Kinko's:

Since Peter Alexander is a named witness in the Lisa McPherson civil suit, this is clearly a case of witness tampering. I really have to wonder how long they are going to be allowed to get away with crap like this.
