Here is the latest installment of the RPF Newsletter #9. This one covers Maria Fallegger, Richard Didcoate, and a guy whose name has been omitted to save him from further public embarassment (you'll see why below.)
Life inside Scientology: it really IS worse than you think!

RPF Newsletter # 9 Preview: Maria Fallegger and Richard Didcoate
Fallegger, Maria -- from Switzerland. A grandmother in her late forties. She has two daughters and I saw tears in her eyes when she spoke about the few letters she got that informed her that she had become a grandmother. It was quite emotional to see her sharing the few photos and how she talked about and planned to "graduate" the RPF and take some time off to see her family. I'm afraid she will never see them unless she gets kicked out of the Sea Org. When you are on post and in good standing and working 12 hours a day, you are supposedly "entitled" to a 3 week "Leave of Absence" annually. This is however more of a pipe dream to 99% of the Sea Org as you are required to find your own replacement (someone to do the functions of your post) for the time you are gone. If you don't have too much responsibility and only some minor administrative functions, your senior and other fellows could cover your post, but you will be blamed for "crashing the stats" when you get back. That's the first hump, but even if you manage to get a replacement worked out, the next hurdle is to get in session to get a Leave Of Absence Sec Check (security check). There are very few auditors available for the staff, especially for the higher case levels, and the few who do exist are required to service the staff who are really sick or who are important executives.
So in the end, most staff give up the idea of ever taking the annual LOA they were promised when they joined the Sea Org to see family, or attend a funeral or wedding or other important "2nd dynamic" activity. These two points, a replacement and the sec check, are such a barrier that most staff (and especially RPFers) don't even try, and go into Apathy over the idea of ever visiting their family. This is why you hear stories about Sea Org members "kept like prisoners", "never allowed to see their families" and "cannot leave", etc.
While on the RPF, an LOA is completely out of the question and NOBODY is allowed to leave for any family reasons whatsoever. I know of one RPFer who tried several times to take a short leave of absence to see his mother who was 83 years old. She was pleading and begging for him to come see her, even writing to the authorities, and he ended up lying to her about reasons why he could not promise and was not able to come and visit her. All she wanted to do was to "say goodbye" as she knew her days were numbered. Her worry was to make sure that her remains and estate of any value were in her only son's possession. Do you think that anybody had the empathy to grant him this last chance to see his mother? NO!! I hope he finally did see his mother after he was fitness boarded out in May 2004. This was Richard Didcoate, whose mother is in the UK and has "caused trouble" by contacting the authorities demanding to know where her son is. Richard was on the RPF program for about 6 years and also was on the graduation line for a long time. He was fitness boarded out with his wife Kathy and they supposedly live in LA, where his son Jamie Didcoate also lives. He was GOLD staff and got RPFed and routed out around 1998.
Richard got a job with the assistance of some scn "friend", before he was finally allowed to leave the RPF quarters and route out with a "probational" SP declare. When you are on staff, it's considered that you are "off purpose" if you want to go and see your family, so the peer pressure makes many feel bad and they are talked out of it.
Back to Maria. She has had several RPF twins but has never been able to get graduation approval from RTC. She was most recently twinned with Rena Mottl and another male RPFer (name deleted to protect the victim). She was in fact at the end of the program and had completed her FPRD auditing (False Purpose Rundown, basically sec checks on this and previous incarnations, one of the main requirements to graduate the RPF) on all the 8 Dynamics. She was on graduation lines for many months but couldn't wrap up the final requirements. She's had lots of problems with her "case" as she was hung up on and very upset that her "Clear" state was found to be invalid and was cancelled by the RPF C/S. She was programmed by the RPF Lead C/S; Flag trained Matteo Galbiati, to get the "indoctrination on how to run Dianetics". From a technical viewpoint this is a disaster as a Clear is never supposed to run Dianetics, because a Clear "doesn't have engrams and pictures to run". (The truth is none of us do, as the "Clear Cognition" is "I mocked up my own reactive mind," so once you cog on this, what's to run? And besides, no one would have a reactive mind if the church hadn't convinced them it existed in the 1st place; no wonder running around a pole for hours was considered an effective program for the RPF. )
Maria was put on this program but couldn't run Dianetics, and kept having accidents and other difficulties. She fell and broke her foot and at an earlier point she hurt her back really badly. There must have been serious out tech on her case and evaluation and invalidation by her auditors and C/S. (Or maybe it was PTSness or missed withholds or out ethics. Surely it couldn't be that the "tech" doesn't work!) This evolution of "looking into valid Clear states" amongst the RPFers, was going on for months and at least 20 or more were subjected to this evaluation, and almost one for one they had disagreements and trouble. Apparently this was all "authorized" and fully approved by the Continental Senior Case Supervisor WUS, Andreas Rodriguez. He's a Flag trained Class IX C/S and his direct senior is the Senior C/S International Ray Mithoff. We were told that there was a "planetary evolution being done on this subject", but no matter how much we asked or requested anything in writing, we could never get any official LRH issues, only the re-programmed folders "approved" by the Snr C/S.
Many RPFers were of the belief that this was some big thing going on internationally and an attempt to "speed up and debug planetary clearing". Maybe the RPFers are being used as some kind of guinea pigs, which has happened in the past when "new" rundowns were being tested before being released to the public, such as the "sweat program" or the "running program". Those turned into the Purification Rundown. The Running Program is by the way one of the Rundowns now part of Super Power, yet to be released. This is the one where you run around and around and around a pole, and god knows what the end phenomenon of that is!! If the new Super Power building in Clearwater ever opens up, the top floor of this building has this huge room, big as a football field, for this "Running around the pole" rundown.
If the RPF is being used as some kind of experimental group, it might be hard to prove, but this is happening for real and has been going on for at least two decades! I really feel sorry for those public who pay thousands of dollars, trying to "get up the bridge" if they get the same kind of evaluation and programming. Yes -- there is something AWFULLY WRONG and one day we will all find out the real truth!!
Around May 2004 all three: Maria, Rena, and their male twin (whose name I've deleted), were sent to the RPF's RPF for misconduct and not moving on the program. The male was found to be obsessively passionate towards his auditor, Maria, and was accused of being sexually aroused and masturbating while in session. (So much for "confidentiality", we were all told about it by the RPF I/C, when he announced it to all of the RPF as a disgrace.) What do you expect when you separate families and spouses and pack over 200 men and women into very close quarters for years and enforce celibacy rules that no one agreed to when they joined the Sea Org? Your natural instincts are 100% suppressed. His behavior was found to be such a disgrace and a shame, that he got SP declared and kicked out. He had been on the program himself for many years, with several other twins, and obviously was not correctly "handled." There must have been serious "out tech" on his case too, or he wouldn't have gotten into so much trouble. In fact the Clear states of all three of these "twins" were cancelled and handled like with Maria, so they all were in bad shape case-wise. Of course, there is no possibility that the "tech" itself was at fault, despite the fact that there have been many changes to the tech over the years. Never mind that "altering the tech" is out KSW (Keeping Scientology Working) -- which is the No. 1 concern and duty of RTC to police and correct!! See for yourself on: http://www.rtc.org/en_US/home.html.
If the tech doesn't work it must be because some SP altered it previously, so these new changes are just corrections after the "real" SP was discovered. I don't mean to further embarrass or traumatize the male trio-twin; I just think it is outrageous that someone would be declared a "Suppressive Person" for getting emotionally excited with his auditor, who after all he told all his innermost secrets and thoughts to. The RPF program is based on "Read it -- Drill it -- Do it", and most of the RPF members themselves are not very highly technically trained, so it's easy for the Case Supervisors and the Co-Audit Supervisors to make mistakes from simple lack of know-how or training. This excuses Scientology from any responsibility, and makes it OK to SP declare or offload anyone who has medical problems, disagreements with management, is pregnant and refuses to have an abortion, is too old to be useful, etc.
The way "scientology justice" works is once they decide to get rid of you, they will make up all kinds of "reasons" that are all your own fault, never telling the true reason, and hopefully "shuddering you into silence" by exposing embarrassing secrets you told in session or on your life history form. These things were supposedly revealed in confidential "confessional formulary", but by the time you figure out THAT was a lie, it is too late. So be VERY CAREFUL with what you write on your life history form if you really want to join the Sea Org, because it can and WILL be held against you if you don't comply with all the unwritten rules of "honor and duty". Once they decide to dispose of you, your secrets are announced to the crew, written on your "goldenrod" SP declare, told in excruciating detail by your "Committee of Evidence", and distributed to every organization and mission on the planet. Exceptions are the people who come from GOLD or Int; they don't get the broad distribution, but only limited, as they don't want everyone to know that such SPs were at the top and left. There is then the threat that your family, friends, employers, etc on the outside will also be told all these embarrassing secrets if you dare to speak out against Scientology even after you are declared an SP. There is no such thing as "justice" in Scientology. All they have is kangaroo courts for those who dare to question their authority.
The RPF is a "bootstrap program" where you learn to co-audit or else. It's a sink or swim proposition and when you mess up, there are no more chances. Maria and Rena have yet to make it go right. Let's all hope that they figure out that the true "Road to Freedom" is NOT through the "Wall of Fire" or up the "Bridge to Nowhere". IT IS THROUGH THE NEAREST DOOR!!!
