Barbara Schwarz was president of scientology until 1984. One of her articles (#88) claims that she was kicked out after that. She has a "mental" history since 1984, then 1986 again (when she illegally entered the White House).
In 1986, she tried a german freezone group (Norbert Schnitzler), and then Mayo's group in Santa Barbara.
I wonder if these contacts were infiltration attempts, to get back in good standing?
Her mother tried an involuntary deprogramming attempt in 1987. According to an article on the court case, her attorney (as the "victim plaintiff", I assume) in the trial was Blümel, who was the scientology attorney for decades.
This is susprising, considering that she was - according to herself - no longer in good standing. While an attorney is of course free to take or refuse any client, I'm somewhat puzzled at this possible "coincidence".
I have long suspected that she knew of the deprogramming in advance and arranged a setup, which explains the incredibly low sentence of Vosper & co. The role of Douglas Brian Reynolds (one of the deprogrammers) is especially suspicious, because he is a scientology PI according to Jon Atack.
