This shows clearly how illegal the crime cult is.
In France such activity could cost many years in jail Note: When my ex-wife was on OT 3 and NOTs, she suffered some troubles from the inept "tech"; therefore, crime cultists have many times retained her for days in Copenhagen, disallowing her to come back home.
Since they had illegally taken the ticket and the ID card, she could not vene really disobey.

THE "RESTRICTED LIST", USE OF
There has been a system in use for some time, never made official, which is the Restricted List.
The purpose of thio list is to help maintain ship security by informing QMs of the Gangway about any person who, by reason of being in ethics trouble should be restricted to the ship.
Recently if these policies had been applied, two blows (taking with them ship's funds) would have been prevented and ship security would not have been jeopardized.
RESTRICTED LIST
The QM of the Gangway will have on hand a restricted list. The list will contain the names of those crev; who are restricted to the ship for ethics or security reasons.
INTO LINES
The HASes of the various orgs aboard Flag and the Execs of those units without an HCO will inform Dir I£R, HCO FSO, of those crew who are to be restricted to the ship. Dir ISR FSO is responsible for keeping the list up to date and available to the QM of the Gangway.
WHO'S ON THE LIST
Anyone in a Condition of Non-Existence or below or under Conra Ev or Court of Ethics is on the restricted list. Seniors are responsible for informing HCO of those juniors in these Ethics conditions. In emergencies, the MAA or EA3 may add persons to the restricted list for reasons of out security.
Persons so added and in disagreement may request a Coma Ev.
Naturally, it is the responsibility of those persons restricted to handle their out-ethics situation as quickly as possible so that their restriction to the ship can be lifted.
QM'S RESPONSIBILITY
QMs are responsible for keeping themselves informed regarding crew on the restricted list and to enforce this restriction. QMs on watch shall turn over the restricted list to the next QM on watch.
