This is a post to start a debate about an important subject. Beyond the flame wars and other useless threads.

From time to time, we have heard of reports about Scientologists who have been held against their will by Scientology. Generally Sea Org who have tried to blow the org. We have heard of blown members being abducted off of the streets of Clearwater and dragged back to be locked up at Ft. Harrison.

I would like to know by what policies, these things are done. Is the Sea Org MAA responsible for these or who? Ethics officers? I am interested in written policies or orders that these activities rest on and where one would look for them. If somebody were to sue Scientology over these things, what documents would a smart laywer look for in discovery to establish such things happen and are policy? What records are kept of such activities and where? Are the Advanced Org policy, Sea Org policy, Ethics policy? Are there any ex-Sea org or Ethics here who could shed some light on how these things came to be?

When is the first such cases of people being held against their will in this manner known? How did this policy originate and how was the implementation of such policies developed?

Apparently the Tanya case just posted here recently shows it is still policy in Scientology, that people can be kidnapped and held against their will. Obviously, Miscavige and RTC and the IG Network allow such things. It is illegal to hold a person against their will, and since Scientology will not end this practice voluntarily, we must put its ethics in for it. Real ethics.

Any more such happenings of this nature, especially at Clearwater or LA/California or anywhere, will henceforth be held to be the responsibility of Miscavige, RTC and the Scientology IG network. I will be CCing this to RTC's lawyer of record, Helena Kobrin to be passed on to Miscavige that He and CoS has been publically put on notice here on ARS that this is no longer acceptable and he and RTC and the IG network will be held responsible.

It is my purpose here, to start developing resources about this problem. To start a list of known victims, witnesses to such practices, known written and unwritten and verbal policies that are in place now in Scientology that allow these things to happen. To eventually be able to have a full report available for downloading from websites to help LEOs and Law Enforcement Agencies enforce the laws of civilized countries that forbid such practices, and families of victims and victims of such illegal practices to sue Scientology and be able to win. To be able to show hard evidence that such policies are indeed Scientology policies.

I am interested in the mechanics of how such practices are implemented and allowed officially and unofficially by Scientology.

Help me start the process of ending this illegal and unethical and immoral activities of this cult. We will have to do it piecemeal, one unethical practice after another. Like eating a salami, slice by slice.

Henceforth any such actions are forbidden to Scientology. If Scientology, that is Miscavige as Chairman of RTC who sets policy, and the IG Network, of whom Miscavige is Inspector general, as noted in "Keep Scientology Working" #44, do not immediately do not pass written orders to all orgs tha such practices are strictly forbidden, it will be officially deemed that Miscavige et al refuse to forbid illegal activities that Scientology has repeatedly indulged in, and not in the distant past by any means.

RTC's laywers, as officers of the court, have an obligation to see that the laws of our land are upheld. You are thus duty bound to pass this message on to Miscavige officially, and not merely to keep your client out of future legal difficulties if another Scientology kidnapping is found to occur after this date.

Anybody who wants to leave Scientology premises must be allowed to do so. Physically removing somebody from the streets as they escape from an Org and dragging them back physically against their will or by threats, is forbidden. It is illegal and this practice will stop. Or else. A copy of this and more will be sent to Janet Reno and the Justice Department so that it will be on record, I warned Scientology not to indulge in such illegal activities, and I will demand offical federal investigations of any further such incidents I hear of.

And Kobrin, this is not merely proscribing dragging people back to orgs against their will, but also holding people against their will for introspection rundowns, such as has been also used against numerous persons over the years, not least, Lisa McPherson. A copy of the Introspection rundown will be supplied to Reno and the Justice Department. These actions of holding people against their will for whatever reason is illegal and will stop. Now.

You have been warned, CoS has been warned, Miscavige, RTC, the IG network and collective RTC lawyers and officials are hereby warned. If I do not have evidence that such policy changes as I demand here have not been made within two weeks, I will have no choice but to believe that such policies that allow kidnappings and holding people against their will by your cult, is offical and approved policy. If these policy changes are not enforced and such incidents as may occur after this period are not immediately reported to the local law enforcemnt agencies, I will take it that this will be because it is the policy of RTC et al that such changes not be made.

I will be following this up with written warnings. I expect acknowledgement for RTC that such changes will be implemented immediately, Kobrin, and Miscavige.

Follow up. No message I ever CC'd or wrote to Kobrin either bounced or returned a no such e-mail address error. Neither was I ever contacted as requested. Nor did Scientology publically cancel bad policies as requested.

Thus DM stands open to possible legal suits due to his failure to actas requested and end these illegal activities.

The whole idea of this was to use RTC lawyer Kobrin to put DM on legal notice that as head of RTC, IG, and SO, to keep these policies was dangerous peronally to him.

I reposted this as a reminder.

DM and crew go to a lot of hard work to make themselves hard to contact, hard to have a simple, heartfelt discussion with. They do not like being asked to be reasonable, nor stop doing things that simply put, are not legal. Now it has been testified to in court that ARS is well monitored by CoS. Just keeping them on their toes.

Just keeping people reminded of what I did in case anybody ever needs to sue CoS over some such outrage again. I note that in the last two years my investigations into fair game show it has never been cancelled. Despite false claims.

Keeping somebody locked up against their will is illegal. Somebody at the head of CoS has not changed policies that have been instrumental in doing that.

DM has been warned.

This is just to make sure that the fact that he has been warned and has not made offcial policy outlawing these actions and has made no effort to enforce changes in policy makes him personally responsible.

Plus members of the watchdog committee, and other persons supposedly in charge of Scientology's official policies.

I haven't forgotten. Time to work a bit on pulling the legal noose a little tighter.
