Well this might be thought of as bad news... but they are dropping prices, and some of it is dramatic. I'm speaking of recorded Lectures right now. Cassettes, and cassettes that are now cd's. And at the end of this I have a few book prices. And books are interesting, they are not at all consistent with what they are doing with book prices.

New Lectures packages seem to keep on coming along, and from what I can tell new Lecture Packages are coming in at $10 per cassette. And it used to be about $21 - $35 per cassette for things like - Games And The Spirit Of Play.

What they call 'Classic Lectures' are on CD at $17.50 each, and these seem to just keep on coming along also.

And all my prices here will be USD. Of special note is that the Green Vols, some of them anyway, are now on CD!!! A single cd. It reads like this: Management Series Volumes, 3 of them, Year 2000 Year 2004 $525.00 $465 (includes a CD)

Now this will be the format for all the other prices I am listing here. Year 2000 Year 2004 From the year 2000 number, subtract 20% From the year 2004 number, subtract 10% Actually, *you* can subtract if you would like, I'm a simple man and all I'm going to type in here is the List Price, without discounts. And this is complicated by the fact that not all items online are entitled to a 10% discount. And their site was going so slow I didn't want to put each and every item in the Shopping Cart to see if it qualified for the 10%. Yes, that's right, I had access to the Shopping Cart. I registered with http://www.bridgepub.com to gain access to the Advanced Materials.

And for the record, I ~think~ you can backdoor your way into the Advanced Materials without registering with the site. What they have there is badly done. I think of it as a small circle that keeps coming back to the same few spots. AND, I don't think the prices are actually listed consistently at all spots of this circle. But I didn't put the time in to test this theory.

Prices.... and I'm dropping the zero's. $80 = $80.00 If it doesn't have '(CD)' then it is cassette. The number on the Title line is how many cassettes or cd's are contained in the Lecture.

This is not good news, what they are doing. We like to carry on here about Xenu and Lisa and whatnot, but IMO, it is the stupid prices as much as or more than anything at all that drives newbies out of the orgs. These prices are not real. WHO, who is supposed to pay $2,850 for 84 cassettes? Even at $1,680 this is a stupid price to ask. Exteriorization & the Phenomena of Space Lectures.

By comparison the Bible on tape or cd is close to a dollar per tape or cd, close to this.

So I don't think this is a good sign at all, these lowered prices. Fortunately, even lowered as they are, they are still in the Stupid range. And then consider the young generation of today. Many of them probably don't even own a cassette player, and these scientology fools are still selling cassette tapes. At a Stupid price.

On the bright side, they have not altered the pricing on the Saint Hill Special Briefing Course Lectures. <whew>. There is still someplace on the planet where a person can spend over $11,000 for a bunch of cassette tapes.

And what is confusing is that you would think that those lectures titled: The Route to Infinity Lectures. Well you would think these would be recorded on 8-track. bwaaaaaa
