The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are exploited by Scientology, not believed in. Hubbard thought (and wrote) that freedom of speech and democracy were bad, because people are so abberated. The "Keeping Scientology Working" policy letter, in the front of every course pack, bad mouths democracy. Scientology "applied religious philosophy" contains concerted attacks on freedom of speech and religion, among other things.
