Hello. Unfortunately, an issue has arisen that I do not feel that I am able to tackle all by myself! That is if I were left to defend myself, as I have been up until this point. To be upfront with you, I am in a very bad situation!

This situation is one that I put myself in due to the very fact that I have been the victim of a form of mind control/psychological torture that has gone on for each and every day, for the past 3 years! I have been denied protection from it and also I have been denied the opportunity to file a police report regarding this matter! This has been done by the L.A.P.D. not once, but on several different occasions! I am in fear for my life and I have nowhere else to turn. I also am not the only victim. I have a friend named John S. Pedro. He is also a victim. John almost took his own life because of this and he had to quit a very good job of 25 years! John had to leave the state and has been threatened not to return or else!

Now, this may come as a shock to you, however it is the truth! The very people, who are in fact, responsible for this 3-year rein of terror on John and I, are the very same individuals whom are violating me once again. Only this time they are doing it via illegal, unethical and unconstitutional usage of the Los Angeles Superior Courts and their facilities. Also, as strange as it's going to sound, some of the individuals responsible are employees of the City and County of Los Angeles, California.

These City and County employees work in the Los Angeles Court Buildings and under the various supporting offices of the Courts. They are not alone in their heinous acts and crimes committed against John and I. This is a well thought out, group effort! These said employees are entwined in doing so, with the infamous "Church" of Scientology. The methods that they have been and are using against John and I are of the "late" L. Ron Hubbard's "quack" psychotherapy! They are using methods and practices from the teachings of the "Church" of Scientology that are well known to be "harmful" and "dangerous" according to medical and scientific experts.

Please see: California Appellate Court, 2nd District, 7th Division, Wollersheim v. The Church of Scientology of California, Civ. No. B023193 cal. Super. (1986). As well, Please take notice of the sentence by the Judge in the above case:

Gordon (I am also a victim of Gordon's), the City Attorneys Office and the Public Defenders office, (Who's Attorneys, work on your case against you, not for you! As Marvin T. Gross did for me in my case.)

Yes, I am under the impression that this is a major scam, which is sending innocent people off to jail or worse! Possibly off to their deaths! As I have recently discovered, talk of. "Murders" are supposedly being committed by a front-group of the "Church" of Scientology's, known as "Criminon." Criminon, from what I understand, works within the California Prison System. Also, keep in mind that Scientology's Scriptures and beliefs instruct them to "clear the planet!" In another words, their system of belief calls for "a human genocide" of the people whom they claim to be, what they call, "suppressive types."

For your information, the "Church" of Scientology is classified as a "hate-group!" As a matter of fact, the C.O.S. is not a "Church" at all! The C.O.S. is infamous for its wide array of financial scams and also for a wide array of "quack" medical frauds! The reason/s that I am so knowledgeable about what is going on is because of the fact that I've been a victim of this group for 3 years now. Instead of getting violent and getting myself into trouble, I chose to study them each and everyday for the past 3 years, 8-12 hours a day and 7 days a week -- at the library, the internet, TV, newspapers and periodicals (I did not miss 1 single day either).

This is also why this group is trying to incarcerate me or have me institutionalized through the illegal usage of the Courts and with those responsible being the C.O.S.'s Attorneys, along with Judges like Swain and Gordon, simply because they believe that I know to much!

The "Church" of Scientology, along with the Attorney Elliot J. Ableson Esq. and the law-firm of Moxon & Kobrin (who are all Scientology members as well) has involved me in some Federal Crimes almost a year ago! They did so without my knowing! I have informed both Judges and the L.A.P.D. but they both just seem to ignore my mentioning it and look the other way because of the huge donations they receive from the "Church."

The L.A.P.D. accepted $25,000 from Scientology. It is also often seen together with scientology; one example is the Hollywood Police Activities League (PAL), here an article in scientology's propaganda paper. Even more amazing is that until February 2001; the LAPD was controlled by Scientology's attorney Gerald L. Chaleff, who headed the police commission. Gerald Chaleff's employer is the lawfirm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

On December 10th of the same year, Chaleff joined the City Attorney's Office to "help trim city liabilities and lead a new risk management effort." In other words, Scientologists are sitting on both sides of law enforcement. (I have now come to learn that the F.B.I. oversees the L.A.P.D. So, this explains why it is that I am getting "no results" as to my complaint to the F.B.I. or the L.A.P.D. in regards to Scientology! Also, how and why it is, that Scientology is being able to continue their abuse and terrorization of me, both in and out of the Courts!).

Cops 4 Kids working with the Los Angeles Police Department, Paramount Studios and the Hollywood Athletic Club, the Church helped to sponsor a "Cops 4 Kids" fundraiser for the Police Activities League youth center in Hollywood. In a surprise announcement, Priscilla Presley, who serves on the PAL Board of Advisors, donated $10,000 to PAL on behalf of Elvis Presley Enterprises.

I have alerted the Bailiff's as to my being involved in "Federal Crimes" before each and every Court proceeding and that they need to inform the Judges; and at each one of my hearings and to no avail. The Judges do not let me speak and have intimidated me from doing so by way of the Bailiff intimidating me with violence and threats of incarceration if I do so speak. I also believe that they are conducting some of these hearings without the tapes rolling, because of the fact that Judge Swain let me speak 1 time and 1 time only! When I was allowed to speak, I noticed that a lady that uses a typewriter of sorts was brought in the courtroom. She was also typing out what appeared to be everything that I was saying. However, when I came to the part of telling Judge Swain that Scientology and the Law-Firm of Moxon & Kobrin have involved me in some "Federal Crimes," it seems as if she stopped typing and skipped that part!

Here is a list of what has happened to me since this whole ordeal in Los Angeles began:

#1. I was arrested on 8/4/2003 at 9:30 p.m. by the Wilcox Division of the L.A.P.D, 1358 N. Wilcox Ave. Los Angeles, California 90028.

Charges: Making obscene/threatening telephone calls -- misdemeanor, Case # 3HLO221701. The fact of the matter is that I was going to report the "Church" of Scientology to the F.B.I. for involving me in a serious case of Internet Fraud, which is a Federal Offense! I mentioned this fact when I posted on the message board of WWW.XENU.NET. So I was riding my bike over to a friend's house and the L.A.P.D. stopped me. This is the same L.A.P.D. division that is involved in this ordeal and would not let me file a police report to prevent this from happening. I was arrested on false charges and illegally detained for three days. The detective, (Mr. Placencia) provided the court with tainted and tampered with evidence. The text that I posted on the message board of the website: WWW.XENU.NET is not the same as the evidence that was provided to the courts.

#2. I went to court and was released on 8/6/2003 on my promise to reappear the following day 8/7/2003. I did so and I was found "not guilty." The case was "dismissed" by Commissioner John Green S.B.N.193409 of the Los Angeles Municipal Courts and of Division #81 at 429 Bauchet St., Los Angeles, California.

My Public Defender's name in the case of 3HLO221701 is Mark A. Carrillo S.B.N. 208036 and his phone number is: (213)-974-6581 or (213)-974-2811.

Now what I thought was kind of strange was that my Public Defender kept me from speaking to the Judge about the real reason that I got into this situation to begin with, which was to get some help in having this campaign of "hate" and "psychological torture" stopped!

The Attorney's for the Plaintiff is the Law Firm of: Moxon & Kobrin at: 3055 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 900, Los Angeles, California 90010, phone # (213)-487- 4468 and fax (213)-487-5385. The owner's of the firm are: Kendrick Moxon Esq. S.B.N.128240 and Helena Kobrin Esq. S.B.N. 152546. Also, both of them are well known members of the "Church" of Scientology. However, an Attorney by the name of Elliot Jay Ableson, Esq. S.B.N. 43186 sat in for the Law Firm of Moxon & Kobrin.

I come to find out that Elliot Ableson himself is a Scientologist and claims to be an ex-attorney of the "Gambino" crime family.

The Plaintiff in the case is Linda Simmons-Hight, a Spokesperson for the "Church" of Scientology. Now Judge Green made the comments of, "Why is this case even in the courts?" and "Who was this detective?" (Referring to Ableson, an interested observer, that he, the detective, has no case).

I was on the way out of the courtroom, when my Public Defender walks up and say's, "Yesterday afternoon when I was going home, I saw this guy in a section of the court building that is off limits." Next he says, "I asked him what it was that he was doing here" and he replied, "that he was an agent for the 'Church' of Scientology." The Public Defender then looked at me and say's, "I know now, that they are following you, Keith." With that he suggested that I take the back way out of the court building. I did as instructed and noticed that I was followed all the way home, as usual.

#3. On 8/6/2003 and after the court hearing for the case # 3HLO221701, an associate that accompanied Elliot Ableson to the Court hearing, approached me outside the courtroom. He handed me these papers and said, "you've been served!" The papers were for a restraining order from a Linda Simmons-Hight and the case number is: BS084957. Now I took the papers that I had just been served and put them away inside of my file folder for safe keeping.

#4. On 8/9/2003 and at around 7:30p.m, I was at the corners of Cahuenga Blvd. and Yucca Ave. in Hollywood. As I was waiting for the light to turn green, I was approached by a fellow who handed me a set of papers. As he hands the papers to me he say's, "you've been served!" This set of papers was for some more restraining orders and the case # is: BS085009 and the Plaintiff's are: Patrick Fairchild, Jenni Fairchild, Rene Duzsak, Bruce Duzsak and a Lon Ferry.

So when I arrived back home, I took out of my files the paperwork for case # BS084957 and sat down along with the paperwork for BS085009 to review them both together. Immediately, I noticed that the paperwork for case # BS084957 had no date that I should appear in court, any where on them. So I looked at the paperwork for case # BS085009 and saw the date of 8/28/2003 and at 8:30a.m. in Department 6 room 247 of the Courthouse on 111 Hill St. in Los Angeles, California is where I need to appear. So, this being the first time having restraining orders put on me, I figured that the date for both of the cases was to be set for 8/28/2003. However that was not the case!

#5. On 8/25/2003, I showed up at the Courthouse on 111 N. Hill St. to file my replies to cases BS084957 and BS085009. I was sent by the lady in room #112 to the room upstairs, # 247 to file my replies. I get up to that room and walk in, I hand the replies to the Bailiff, who hands them to the courtroom clerk. She then looks at says that I missed the case of BS084957 by about two hours and that the Plaintiff was granted the restraining orders against me. And I told her that there was no court date on the papers and she didn't act as if she really cared! So I went on and filed both of the replies anyway. Now because of the rest of the events that have unfolded since, I believe that this was a trick in order to purposely miss that court date!

#6. On 8/28/2003, I show up at my Court hearing for the case of case # BS085009. The judge's name is Commissioner Scott Michael Gordon and of room # 247 and division # 6. I report in to the bailiff and also I state that I need to speak to the judge because this case has Federal crimes involved and that he needs to be aware of them. She just looks at me and says, "Oh, you'll have a chance to tell him about that later", in a real mean tone of voice! Right after that she looks at me and say's, "You don't see any Scientologists in the Courtroom today, do you?" I replied, "NO." However I did!

Also, while I was standing in line, I noticed a very familiar face; one of the faces who has stalked me and for the last 3 years. It was the "Judge!" Between the time that I was standing in line to report in with the Bailiff and the time that the recorder would be turned on and the judge to come out in his robe to begin the court proceedings, the judge suddenly walked out of his chambers without his robe on and walked around his desk about 5 times real slow.

What he was doing was fishing to find out if I was going to notice him. Now, this Judge has helped pioneer some of California's anti-stalking laws! I remained calm and pretended that I had no clue as to even who he was. Next he comes out with his robe on and starts the courtroom proceedings. The recorder was on and he walks right up to me as if he knew me and that was because he did! He looks at me and say's, "Where's your evidence" and "where's your witnesses?"

In a smart-assed tone of voice and in front of everybody! Next, he say's, "Where's your copies of your replies for the plaintiff's?" I replied that I wasn't aware that I had to provide them with a copy and that they can have mine. I then stated that I'd just have to wing it, knowing that I could win the case because I had studied it fully!

Now, out of somewhere I hear the Attorney Jeanne Gavigan's voice say, "Didn't your Attorney tell you that you were supposed to supply us with a copy of your reply?" At that point, I stood up and pointed at the Judge and said, "You're one of the people who has been stalking me!" The Judge shook his head as to acknowledge when I stated that he had been stalking me and that he couldn't try this case.

He seemed embarrassed and turned toward his chambers and start walking toward them. All of a sudden he whips back around and goes towards the direction of the microphone and loudly states, "NO! No I haven't been!"

Then I pointed out 3 other individuals in the courtroom and on the Plaintiff's side that have also been stalking me! By this remark by Judge Gordon I assumed he was stating for the record that he did not threaten me in any way while he was following me on those numerous past occasions. If he was alluding to that, then I must tell him that I certainly felt threatened. He had adequate opportunity to approach me and inform me that he was following me for a particular reason, but in doing so, he meant no harm to me. He never once told me this.

At this point I am in fear for my life from these people of the Superior Courts and this so called, "Judge!" I ask to leave the courtroom and the Bailiff gets behind me and restrains me from leaving! They kept telling me that they'd get me a different judge and that if I leave out of this courtroom that they will grant the restraining orders against me!

I asked to leave 3-4 more times and stated that I didn't trust them and I felt that my life was in danger. I also stated that I needed to speak with some kind of legal counsel after what they did to me and that I do not want to proceed until I did so.

Finally they let me leave. On the way out the door I noticed that Jeanne Gavigan Esq. was hiding her face either in embarrassment, or to try and cover up a smirk. The bailiff followed me out into the hall and kept demanding that I go back in that courtroom! It's as if they were scared that I was going to let it be known what they did in that courtroom. Only after I said that I was walking across the hall to use the payphone so that I could call the F.B.I. did she (the Bailiff) let me go! She then quickly turned and went back into the courtroom as if she were going to warn the Judge of the call that I was fixing to make.

After I notified the F.B.I., I ran for my life out of that courthouse and went directly to the A.C.L.U.'s office! From there I went home.

The Attorney's for the Plaintiff's were Moxon & Kobrin. However, they had an Attorney by the name of: Jeanne M. Gavigan S.B.N. # 111626 standing in for them. I noticed that Jeanne Gavigan is never at any more of the "Church" of Scientology or their member's cases against me.

#7. Sometime between the dates of 8/19/2003 and 8/25/2003, through the mail, I receive a notice that a criminal complaint has been filed against me for "Threatening someone with great bodily harm." I have no idea who I threatened and know for a fact that I have threatened no one! This notice is from a Julie C. San Jaun the Supervising Attorney for the Hollywood Branch of the City of Los Angeles Office of the City Attorney, that being the City Attorney, Rockard Delgadillo.

The notice states that I am to show up for my arraignment at the Superior Court of the State of California at 5925 Hollywood Blvd., in Hollywood, California and at the Hollywood Courthouse, Division # 79, on 9/3/2003 at 8:30a.m..

The case # is: 3HLO2337. The Judge is: Leslie Ann Swain S.B.N. # 94595. My public defender - none that I was aware of.

Now here's a twist of this Courtroom procedure! I arrive to answer these charges of Threatening to do great bodily harm. And to whom ever it was that I allegedly threatened, I still have no clue! I walk into the courtroom and I am immediately greeted by a fellow who say's, "Hello! I am Marvin Gross (S.B.N. 213855 and phone # 323-856-5717), your Public Defender." Now, how did he know who I was in order to come up to me as if he knew me? I advised him that I never asked for a Public Defender and that I do not want one.

He say's, "Come on! Let's go out into the hall where we can talk." So I agreed to talk to him but nothing else. I looked him in the eye and said, "This has been going on for 3 years and I have a lot to tell you about!" I informed him that the "Church" of Scientology has involved me into some Federal crimes and that I need to inform the Judge of this. I also, informed Mr. Gross that I needed to speak to her, the Judge, about my being denied protection from Scientology and by the Wilcox Division of the L.A.P.D.

I, as well, needed to mention to the judge that I believe that Scientology has a hit out on me and that one of the people that they use to plan and plot such crimes came over to my apartment on the evening of 8/29/2003 at around 7:30 p.m. and posed as a guy named John who was looking for an apartment to rent for his son, who work's for the movie industry. My roommate is the building manager and the apartment that is coming up for rent is not vacated yet so he showed this guy John, our apartment so that he would have a general idea of what they look like, since all four apartments have the same floor plan design.

Well, This guy, "John" comes in to the living room where I was sitting. I look at him and immediately say, "Eugene Ingram!" John or (Eugene, his real name) turns and heads for the front door to get out of the building. He has an unmistakable face! I showed my roommate his picture and he agrees that it is in fact Eugene Ingram! Upon checking with the Property Managers, and through other sources we discovered this was a lie.

After giving us a fake name and fake information as to the real reason he was coming to see the apartment, we debated going to apply for a criminal warrant charging Eugene Martin Ingram with the crime of Criminally Trespassing in our home.

After I tell Marvin Gross all of these important requests of mine, he looks at me and say's, "Well, Mr. Justice I don't have the time to listen to what it is that you have to say, nor the time to look over the paperwork that you have brought. Let me just handle this and you'll be just fine!" (Should attorney Gross familiarize himself with Eugene Martin Ingram, and the role he plays for the law offices representing the Church of Scientology, then I am certain that he would not have told me, you'll be just fine!).

Attorney Marvin T. Gross also then stated that the case from Judge Scott M. Gordon’s courtroom, case # BSO85009 was dismissed due to the rigging up of the courtroom. Immediately after he said that, I told him that he is fired for ineffective assistance of counsel, he acknowledged and replied, "fine then! Have it your way!"

With that we both went back into the courtroom. Now, my court case of # 3HL02337 was up next. I noticed that there were no other people in the courtroom but myself. All the other cases were finished and that they saved mine for last. I also noticed that Judge Swain and Marvin Gross were on their way into the Judge's Chambers and on the way into the Judge's chambers I overheard Judge Swain mention that they were waiting for someone from the City Attorney's Office. It had been my observation that no one had reported in from the City Attorney's Office to represent the case number 3HLO2337 which stated on it's face: The People Of The State Of California vs. Defendant: Keith B. Justice.

When the doors to the Judge's chamber were opened again, Marvin Gross came back out for something and then returned back into the chambers I noticed a few young gentlemen standing inside the Judges chambers. I recognized that they were members, agents, employees and/or close friends of the "Church" of Scientology because I have personally seen them numerous times on Church of Scientology property and have observed them entering and/or exiting Church of Scientology buildings.

Canon 2 of the California Code Of Judicial Ethics states, and I quote: "A judge shall avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all of the judge's activities. (A). Promoting Public Confidence. A judge shall respect and comply with the law and shall act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the Judiciary." end of quote.

Attorney Elliot Ableson, an interested party, is present and is an attorney for the Church of Scientology. I suppose he was sitting in for the Church of Scientology. And from this observation I concluded that these young gentlemen were there as the witnesses and/or victims of the untrue Criminal Accusations against me that were lodged against me by the City Attorney's Office of the City of Los Angeles. The City Attorney handles all misdemeanors within the City of Los Angeles, hence their filing of these Criminal Accusations against me.

These young men were not from the City Attorney's Office! The City Attorney's Office, by State of California statute and by The City Charter Of The City Of Los Angeles, California, is part of the Executive Branch of government, and not part of the Judicial Branch of government. They were in the Judges chambers, with judge Swain and attorney Marvin Gross being also present and at the same time, for a period of approximately 45 minutes.

About 15 minutes into the 45 minutes, Elliot Ableson, Esquire, an interested party (Church of Scientology Attorney) walks over to the Bailiff and gets a phone number from him. (The Bailiff's last name is Mills and his Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department number is: 72031 and his phone number is: 323-856-5725.)

Then Elliot Ableson, Esq. starts to walk out of the courtroom while pulling his cell phone out of his jacket pocket. Once outside he did not return until about 5 minutes before Judge Swain and Marvin Gross came out of the Judges chambers.

Once everyone was seated, Judge Swain asked me to step up. Then I noticed that Marvin Gross stood up. My next thought was here we go again! Another rigged Courtroom by the Scientologists and sure enough, the same old routine unfolded in this corrupt Superior Court! I started to say stop! Stop this trial! The judge spoke over me and threatened me with jail if I speak!

Judge Swain had just come from her chambers where she had approximately 45 minutes of ex parte communication with the State of California witnesses, with only them, her and my attorney present. (Judge Swain, I presume, is aware of The City Attorney had no one present to begin prosecuting me for a crime and needless to say, they were absent from this ex parte conference by Judge Swain and my attorney and the witnesses.

Neither Judge Swain nor my attorney dared to inform me of this ex parte communication, which was a violation of Canon 3 (7) of the California Code Of Judicial Ethics, which says, and I quote: "A judge shall accord to every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person's lawyer, full right to be heard according to law. A judge shall not initiate, permit or consider ex parte communications, or consider other communications made to the judge outside the presence of the parties concerning a pending or impending proceeding." end of quote.

But she did have the Bailiff walk up to me and stands right directly in front of me and he puffed out his chest to threaten me or show me intimidation through violence!

While the Bailiff is doing this, Judge Swain is reading off a restraining order to me, which she had just signed. (Judge Swain is proceeding with this case in the absence of the prosecutor The City of Los Angeles Office of City Attorney, who represents (The State Of California), in case #3HLO2337; She is now in a conflict of interest position by acting as Prosecutor (Executive Branch of government) while at the same time acting in her official capacity as a California Superior Court Judge (Judicial Branch of government), thus she is violating the Separation of Powers clause of the U. S. Constitution, Amendment XIV, Section 3.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. issuing,

(and giving me a copy of her Order) temporary restraining orders, etc.)

Now what judge Swain did was grant the Plaintiff's restraining orders! I never got served with any papers so that I could file my replies and protest! Also what she did was made a whole new case of it! She turned it back into a criminal trail again and then included two people whom I do not know, by the names of Clayton Frost and ?. Then next, she puts Linda Simmons-Hight's name on this criminal case now being heard, (Case Number 3HLO2337 -- is now being heard.

Now I've already been found not guilty in the criminal case with Linda Simmons-Hight! The case was the very first one! # 3HLO221701. How can she try me again on the same person with the same venue and time line of events with the same set of facts? Amendment V of the United States Constitution states:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

She also added Patrick Fairchild who was from case # BS085009, the case that was in Judge Scott M. Gordon's Courtroom. Now just an hour before, Marvin T. Gross had told me that that case was dismissed due to the staging of the courtroom! She made me keep quiet to prevent me from telling her that this case revolves around some "Federal crimes."

I also noticed that the lady that usually sits in the court hearings and types was not present. I am about to get killed at any moment and she did not let me say one single word!

Judge Swain then rescheduled the case of: 3HLO2337 for the date of: 9/16/2003 and at the same place and time! They all seemed to be laughing at me when I was walking out, as if they had a good time in what they did to me! I am still in shock! Also because of what Judge Swain did made the attacks on me by Scientology all the worse! By these actions/non-actions this Judge flat-out gave them the green light to continue! She did not take my pleas of needing protection seriously and left me without any protection!

#8. The very next day on 9/4/2003, I went to retrieve from the courthouse on 111 N. Hill St., a copy of the verdict from the case of BS085009 and as well the transcripts from all of the cases so that I could include them in the report about this.

I was sent from room #112 of the Superior Courthouse across the street to the County Records Archives. I get there and they tell me that they don't have the file and next they send me to room # 211. I get back to room # 211 and they don't have them. They send me to room # 311 to view the file and verdict from case # BS085009. I arrive at room # 311 and walk in.

Now I don't know the positions of the employees of a Courtroom very well but, the heavy set, Hispanic fellow sitting at the desk, next to the Judge, I can identify as one of the people who has been stalking me and he is one of the more aggressive ones!

Also, the lady with the red hair that sits at the desk, which is next to the railing, I can identify as being a Scientologist. I've seen her numerous times around Hollywood and for years!

I asked her for my file on case # BS085009 and her chin almost hit the ground! She seemed to get kind of mad and she walked right to my file and out of all that paper work she went right to it and picked it up! She came back and handed it to me. I reviewed it and the only thing that was in it was my reply! Also it seemed as if it were not the one that I supplied the courts but a copy! Further evidence that the court employees gave my information to the "Church!"

Now inside the file where no judge's remarks, no verdict, and no nothing! Only a "copy" of my reply! So she and I went out into the hall and I demand that she let me see the verdict! She mumbled some thing and next tells me that I'd have to wait until the court takes a break. I replied, "non-sense!" She says to give her ten minutes and she walks off down the hall.

About 15 Minutes later she brings me back a judgment against me from a Superior Court Judge Warren L. Effinger! Also, she is still writing on it as she walks up to me! She hands the document to me and says, "looks like you missed your court date!" She knows that I busted her! Never did I ever get served with papers to be in the courtroom of Warren L. Effinger on August 28th to be in his courtroom at 11:30a.m. She forged the court documents, complete with Judge Ettinger's signature! I witnessed it! Also she gave me the "original" copy of the forgery!

#9. 9-16-2003 was the date set for my arraignment of case # 3HLO2337. This is the day that I found out for sure that, some of the State, County and City employees of: The Los Angeles Superior Courts, The Office of the City Attorney, The Public Defender's Office, the State Bar and The L.A.P.D. were also partly responsible for the campaign of "hate and terror" against me!

I was sitting outside the courtroom in the Hollywood courthouse, waiting for the Bailiff to unlock the doors, when I noticed that directly across the hallway, was the City Attorney's Office. The employees were just showing up for work. I couldn't believe it! These were the people responsible for many of the acts, which have been done to me, such as stalking and following me!

Also I found out a little while later that they were the same people who were intending on prosecuting me! I immediately knew that Judge Swain's courtroom was a set-up! I told the bailiff (Mr. Mills) that it was an unconstitutional and illegal hearing and that I was going home! Of course Judge Swain had a bench warrant taken out on me.

#10. 9-18-2003. I decided that I should go back to the courts and contact them, before they contact me. I don't look good in stripes and sooner or later this warrant would catch up to me. So I knew that it was not going to be fair or in my favor. However, I just said, "what the heck" and forced myself to attend this dog and pony show! But, I made the condition that I would only participate if the Judge would hear me out! She agreed and I thought that she must have an ulterior motive because it wasn't like her to let me speak.

Only because of the fact that I know too much about the Scientology crime syndicate and she would be obligated to act against them if I had mentioned anything of them involving me in some Federal Crimes, which they did and without my knowing.

Now here's where I believe the rat comes in. I noticed that the lady that types-out what is said was present in this trial. I noticed a pause in her typing when I mentioned to Judge Swain about the "Federal Crimes." I can bet you one hundred dollars that the recorder was off and that she had the lady in the courtroom typing so that she could leave out the fact that I mentioned the Federal Crimes!

Also that I do believe that Scientology has a hit out on me!

Next, she just handed me this slip and says that I'm due to report at this other Courthouse on San Fernando road in Los Angeles for a hearing 9-22-2003 and in division #95.

#11. Now on the morning of 9-22-2003, I showed up at this so-called, "Courthouse" only to find that it is a facility for the mentally handicapped! She once again tricked and lied to me! Anyhow, I went inside to check things out and the Sheriff’s Deputy at the front door asked me whom I was and where it was that I was going? I gave him my information and he could not find any trace of me having to be at this so called, "Courthouse." He then suggested that I go back to Hollywood and get things straightened out with Judge Swain. I did just that. However, I come to find out that while they were laughing at me so hard when I was walking out of the Courtroom on 9-18-2003, they forgot to do their job and send the necessary information over to that other "Courthouse!" So they've-scheduled this so called hearing for 9-24-2003.

#12. On the morning of 9-24-2003, I arrive at this "Court hearing" to be met by a guy named, "Omar- ????." He informed me that he is going to be my public defender and that we should go out into the hall and talk. (Here we go again!) Just like with the other guy, (Marvin T. Gross). I mentioned that I am the true victim and that I have been for 3 years! Next I mentioned that I had a lot to tell him about the past 3 years. He responded by saying, "we don't have time to talk about that right now" and "that I should just let him handle this!"

Then and there I told him that he was fired for ineffective assistance of counsel. He replied that I should reconsider because I was going to be grilled by a psychologist and that I would need his help. My reply was, "No thanks!" Then it hit me! The "Church" of Scientology, along with their evil attorneys, were attempting to have me locked up in a "nut-house" to keep me from snitching them out about the crimes that they have committed and also because of the things that I know about their so called, "Church!"

I sat in that courtroom for 1 1/2 hours while the courtroom employees drank coffee and showed each other family portraits. Then I stood up and walked out! How dare these criminals even attempt to question my mental stability! I've been through hell and back. As well, I've forgot more than these fine haired sons of bitches will ever even know!

I went back home and in a few days, I get this notice in the mail for me to reappear at this so-called, "Courthouse" on 10-7-2003. They can go straight to hell!

#13. 9-27-2003. Next, I'll fill you all in on the latest that has been done to me and as well, a few of the straws that broke the camels back! Last Saturday afternoon a knock came upon my door when I was writing the California Governor candidate Mr. Gene Forte. As you may know he has a radio program that evolves around "judicial corruption." Also, if he is to be elected, attempting to clean up this area is his intent. So, I figured that the very unconstitutional and illegal acts that your people and courts have subjected me to, just might be some very good publicity for my case, as well, for his campaign and himself. A case of possible perfect timing! That letter is ready to be dropped in the box. However, we'll get back to that in a minute.

Now, I didn't answer the door because I could hear that the knocks were from "Billy-clubs," (The nicks and scratches will always be a reminder). Finally, I told my roommate to answer it! I did nothing wrong so what should I fear. Correct? Well, I knew that it was going to happen the way that it did and most likely it will not be the last time! The 2 officers from the Wilcox Division wanted me. Officers: Jenneman # 32769 and Koval # 32566. So, I stepped out in the hall were I was informed that I committed some sort of criminal acts against the "Church" of Scientology! To this day I still am unaware of! I was then paraded 1 block down the street in handcuffs. Why? When there were several parking spaces in front of my building?

At that point I just snapped! I had a nervous breakdown or something? All I know is that I shake and have not felt right ever since, and I seem to be in a depressed state of mind most of the time.

I was then walked into the Wilcox Station as to were I was immediately brought before the very same Lieutenant that prevented me from filing a police report about this! He just looks at me and laughs in my face! I then was chained to a bench for a while. Then walked through the Office area and into a small room were I was read my rights. From there it was out through that same office full of officers and one of them shouts out, "Oh! Look! It's mister Justice! Then everyone starts laughing out loud! Then it was back to the bench for a while and off to the jail cell.

In that period asked the officers once again, what it was that I was accused of doing wrong? They wouldn't tell me. They said the Detective (Placencia) would come in to talk with me in a few minutes! That never happened until the following day and around 12:00p.m. Also Placencia wouldn't inform me of what I did exactly wrong.

I also stated the fact that I was being persecuted with tampered, fabricated and tainted evidence. I asked him if he knew this? He replied, "NO" and said that the Scientologist woman gave him the evidence! Hello, don't they check out this kind of thing? Well, when I asked what court it was that I was being taken to; I was told 3 different answers as if they were trying to block my people from getting there with my evidence. Of course while everyone else was told the truth!

So, I'm brought to down town and left in a cold and filthy jail cell by myself until the bus was loaded! Then I was put on the bus and brought from downtown to the L.A.X. courthouse where I was made to sit all day until court was ordered through for the day! Then I was released from way in the hell out there with no money or a way to get home!

So, I did something that I have never done and that was illegally get on one of your trains without paying! Then guess what? I received this ticket! I'm sending a copy of it along with this letter/complaint. In the three years of the "inhumane nonsense" that has been done to me, not 1 time did those bastards (the L.A.P.D.) ever attempt to stop it! But they have enough balls to arrest me and parade me around like some kind of dead animal!

Isn't it enough that what has been done, has been so severe that I have to live one day at a time, trying to correct this damage to my attitude in order that my personality not become and remain psychologically screwed up! Also, that I haven't even called my mother in these 3 years because those involved obtained my personal information and I am afraid of what these said individuals might have called her and said to her! So, I am left with other modes of communicating with my family, which is at one, both worrisome and more expensive

That I may never attain and keep a job or have a chance to make a living in this town or anywhere close for a good while! They have defamed me over the Internet. Not only hundreds of times, but also thousands of times! The people at PETITIONSONLINE.COM E-mailed me, stating that they removed 800(+) comments in one day alone from the "petition against the Church of Scientology!" Complete with my address, personal information, name and all of my information! With a nasty or derogatory comment attached. I cannot get on a bus if I'm alone at the bus stop. They just wave and drive right by.

Then you people think that it's funny to further "mop me across the floor" by trying to have me put into a nut house and because of your mistakes! I've spent a few thousand trying to defend myself in court and must say that I would have done so had you not "staged" the courtrooms at all of my hearings!

You low-life creatures, in choosing the "low road," you went to the point of prosecuting me with the very same people that did these heinous acts against me! I think all of you that are involved are "yellow" and are "cowards" of major standing! I stood up to each and every one of you each and everyday since this began! I've let you people abuse me and spit on me! This, that and the other thing!

Only once did I ever shed a tear and that was when the L.A.P.D. arrested me last weekend and something in me just snapped! They've ruined all of my good clothes by dumping bleach into them when I had my back turned at the laundry matt! They've destroyed all my friends and/or acquaintances! They've taken my peace and privacy! You've got my dignity, my pride and my confidence! You've got me looking like some major criminal the way you've run up my record! From a drug conviction, up!

I can't even make the mistake of "J" walking across the street without being put away for life or damn near close to it! Then the chickens and punks who did this to me could willfully watch me hang. All because they got their wires crossed and let their mouths engage before their brains engaged! They think that I am a drug dealer but I'm not! To make things worse, now they continue to harass me even harder because they now know that they have almost killed me and that they have tortured me so badly that there is some severe consequences their going to have to pay for their actions!

Now they will have to learn that there is a price for doing business! Also, that "third-world" countries do not even stone anyone unless they are 100% sure that the guy did commit the crime! As well, they might be cruel, but they are at least honest! The guy gets a fair trial to state his facts and present his evidence! Not in my case. You and your courts felt above and beyond the United States Constitution!

Might I ask what gives you people the right to desecrate the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin and George Washington, among others? Did you attain this "right" through wisdom or excessive greed? The two Judges, Swain and Gordon, are tainted and must go! They stepped way over the line and are going to be removed from the bench weather any of you like it or not! That is my choice and that's what I want!

Swain and Gordon now broke each and every rule that a Judge has taken oath to uphold! They are no longer trustworthy and both were well aware of what they did! No excuses! The red haired woman in #311 must be prosecuted and removed from her employment! She knowingly and willingly "forged" a Superior Court Judge's name to the documents that I have! She then threw them in my face and said, "You missed your Court date!" Afraid not! Who is anyone of these individuals to remove another's Constitutional rights?

It is a "fact" that the "Church" of $cientology and its members have very much so, "infiltrated" the Los Angeles Superior Court System! It is a "fact" that these members are "employed by the Courts" and work in the Court's buildings! It is also a "fact" that they are conducting trials in a "illegal" - "unethical" and an "unconstitutional" manner!

In closing, I would like to request the following:

#1. That a "complete" and "through" investigation of this matter, be done "immediately" and "without delay!"

#2. That for no reasons, what so ever, are these said individuals and entities be "not" allowed to escape civil litigation. Not through any loop-hole, act or any other law, statute, code or provision that in fact my let them not stand for what they and their "hate-group" has committed against me and/or for their "3 year" campaign of "terror" and "psychological torture" against me!

I was made to stand for their "frivolous" and "fraudulent" accusations against myself, in their court of law. They in fact did, "knowingly" and "willingly" prosecuted me and granted, numerous restraining orders against me! They did so under "unconstitutional" - "unethical" and "illegal" proceedings and causes. They did so for monetary, political and "religious" gain! They also, "did in fact" benefit, from their acts against me that caused my suffering, pain, psychological damage, mental anguish, induced paranoia, possible induction of suicide, altering of personality, infliction of emotional distress, damage to my physical health and nervous system, etc. and etc. So they should stand both, in "criminal" and "civil" Courts just as I had to do for them!

#3. I request that Judges Swain & Gordon be removed from the bench and any other forms of law-practice until an investigation into their "wrongdoings" is complete and they are tried in a "Federal Court of Law!"

I also believe that this situation calls for their arrests. Also, the cases that they have tried before and after my cases should be looked into for the possibilities of wrongdoings, foul play, bribe acceptance and any other under-handed/illegal dealings between these two Judges and the "Church" of Scientology.

#4. I request that the individuals that are involved, from the L.A.P.D., be dealt with in the same manner. Also, that they are restrained from illegally arresting me as they have been doing! I request that if a arrest warrant should so be carried out against me, that only federal agencies be allowed to arrest me. That I only be held in federal facilities. This is due to the fact being that the L.A.P.D. has already illegally arrested and detained me in retaliation for my complaints!

#5. I request that I be granted either 24 hour "armed protection" from any other source, other than the L.A.P.D. and/or the L.A.S.D. Or that I be granted a concealed weapons permit. I do have a hit put out on me. This was done by any one of the above-mentioned individuals or entities. The person who is possibly going to carry out this task is named Eugene Ingram, an ex-L.A.P.D. officer that was fired for involvement in both drugs and prostitution. He is wanted in several states and there is Internet documentation of his involvement in murder for hire and/or the planning of murder for hire!

Ingram also does P.I. work for the C.O.S. and Attorney Elliot J. Ableson, as well as the Law-Firm of Moxon & Kobrin. Ingram was let into where I live, by my roommate. Ingram disguised himself as a guy named, "John" and that he was looking for an apartment to rent. I immediately noticed him, because of my studies of the Scientology Crime Syndicate, and I said, "Eugene Ingram!." With that, he ran for the door!

I have caught Mr. Ingram following me twice since then and I have managed to evade him both times.

#6.I request that each and every restraining order and each and every mention of this situation, the cases from this situation, be removed immediately and without delay; removed from my record forever and completely! (If not, Please refer to #7.)

#7.If these/this case is to be left to proceed, I request that it does so in a Federal Court of Law. Also, that it be only allowed to proceed out of the State of California, due to the background of the case and the individuals who are involved and who it is that they are employed by. I believe that anything else would be a conflict of interest and the possible denial of my rights to a fair and impartial trial!

Thank you very much for your time and I hope to see some action taken on this situation very soon! I would like to also state that all I've stated in this complaint/letter is 100% true and factual. I also state this while being fully aware of the laws of perjury. I am of sound mind and over the age of 18. I am a United States Citizen and my Civil, Constitutional and Human rights have been severely violated for going on 3 years; both in and out of the Los Angeles Superior Courts! That I, Keith Brian Justice, being a United States Citizen, am in fact "ensured" certain rights as to the United States Constitution. I WOULD NOW LIKE TO EXERCISE THOSE RIGHTS!
