The charges with which they are accused, according to the declaration of Jose Maria Vazquez Honrubia, are those of "Ilicit Association against Freedom and safety in work, threats and force by threat, falsification of public documents, theft, fiscal crimes and probably monetary crimes. The cult works in Spain through two different branches, Dianetics and Narcanon. The first of these is dedicated to giving courses of MENTAL RESTRUCTURING, and charges extremely high prices. The introductory courses cost 3,000 pesetas, (other courses) reaching to 8,000,000 to 9,000,000 pesetas.

ROBBERY OF MILLIONS -------------------- The second, Narcanon, is dedicated to the supposed rehabilitation of drug addicts. In the farms conditioned or this work, situated in Los Molinos, Cercedilla, Tablada, Burgos and Sevilla, a month of treatment costs 80,000 pesetas. "On top of this, they didn't pay their suppliers, they left these places leaving debts of 5,000,000 or more pesetas. It is lamentable that things have reached this state of affairs.", the Judge Vazquez Honrubia affirmed.

The members of this cult cannot leave it until they obtain a replacement;

otherwise a punishment is applied to them from their own "code of rewards and punishments. One of the punishments was arrest; also to lose ones position in the hierarchical organization, or, including forcing them to work more. This has to be investigated deeply."

This cult, organized by an international network which begins in the United States, was defined in Spain as a "Civil Association, with no lucritive ends". However, their policy of government is based only on money. As was pointed out by Vazquez Honrubia, "the first point which appears in their financial writings is EARN MONEY, and the last is EARN MONEY, EARN MORE MONEY.."

JUDICIAL CALLING -------------------- The chief judge of the Applate Court 21 of Madrid, Vazquez Honrubia, yesterday made a calling to those citizens who "do not dare to denounce the cult. Because of the structure of these people, and their mental programming, they usually feel they have been robbed and prefer to forget the whole thing."

From the taped conversations which have served as proof for the investigation, come out desperate declarations from mothers or wives of drug addicts that assure that the patients left in worse condition from the disitoxification centers.

The fear which the sect inspires in 'SUPRESSIVES', a term which they use against those who leave without having found a replacement, has obligated many people to maintain silence and not go to the authorities.

One of these cases was resolved through a KIDNAPPING on the part of the sect. "Later the kidnapped person sent a letter (power of attorney) from Denmark saying that everything had been an error.
