I'll post this K/R in ARS in a few days, after I've had the chance to photograph my stalker.

He has not been around today (September 1 2000) but I hope he'll be around to photograph any day now. I must wait for the RV vacationer (explained below) to go home before posting this in ARS, to protect him from retaliation by the crime syndicate.

A guy in a RV motor home is on vacation and has been parking at the marina where my boat is. He came up to me 08/30/2000 evening and said "Did you know you're being stalked?" I told him I was aware of the high probability, but was not aware of any specific stalker. The guy said my stalker appears "psychotic" and "dangerous."

The vacationer's story:

Seems that for the past two weeks and more (over 14 days now), some lunatic freak Scientologist (double redundant) has been parked next to this vacationer's motor home, peering intently at every thing I do. My stalker has been watching me remove my boat's exhaust system and toiling under the relentless sun getting the boat painted. While this was damn boring to me, it appears that it was utterly fascinating to my stalker. My stalker stays in the parking lot all day no doubt waiting for me to accidentally "expose my crimes" (as per Scientology policy). He's in a rented compact green car, Nevada license plates. He is "partially Asian."

My informant, in the Recreational Vehicle, is a Buddhist who has spent a few decades living in Japan, being educated at Buddhist temples. He is very knowledgeable about many religions, and is highly adamant at respecting people's religious rights. If you know about the killings at Rudy Ridge, you would recognize this guy's name--- he tried to get the FBI shooters involved punished for those killings.

Where was I? Oh, yes. Anyhow, my stalker seems to be growing weary of waiting for me to "expose my crimes," because he has been showing signs of wanting to cease stalking me--- he has been trying to recruit other people in the marina to stalk me, and report back to him!

So my stalker knocked on the door of the RV and introduced himself as "a concerned citizen." My stalker then told the RV guy all sorts of insane, slanderous tall-tales about yours truly, naming me and pointing me and my boat out to the guy.

"He's a religious bigot!" my stalker wailed. "He's a criminal and he's got a hate web site on the Internet!" he whined. "He belongs to a hate group that talks via the Internet!" he moaned. The Dead Agenting from my stalker apparently went on for some THIRTY MINUTES, and as each minute passed, he got more and more worked up and crazed.

The RV guy asked him what religion it was that I "hated," but at first my stalker would not say. Only by accident did the stalker say he is a Scientologist. The RV guy thanked him for the "information" and closed the door on the stalker's face.

A day or two later the stalker knocked on the RV door again. "He just moved his car! He just moved his *CAR!*" the stalker said (instead of "Hello," like a normal person would). The stalker then went on in detail about how I had moved my pickup from one parking spot to another, and that this proved criminal / immoral / unethical intent or behavior on my part. (Not that it matters, but I moved the pickup from one spot to another because every week the parking lot is swept free of leaves, and so I moved to a spot already free of leaves so that the sweeper could do a better job. I'm civic-minded.)

Again the RV guy thanked the stalker for the "vital information" and closed the door on him.

A day or two later--- yip, another knock on the RV door.

This time the stalker tried to recruit the RV guy to stalk me during the times the stalker isn't around! LOL! That seems to have been "the final straw" for the RV guy. He said, paraphrased:

"Look, every human being has the right to protest. Every human being has the right to post their opinions on their own web sites on the Internet, regardless of it being 'hate literature' or otherwise. Every human being has the right to criticize, object, and speak their minds. What *YOU* are doing is ILLEGAL and ABUSIVE! You are stalking this guy [me] just because he has voiced his opinions. *YOU* are the nut that needs to be watched!"

So my stalker decided to use the religious bigotry card again: only the other side! "But he's a PAGAN! He's got *PAGAN* stickers on his car!" I assume the stalker believed the RV guy is a Christian, and was trying to invoke religious-based negative emotions against me. The RV guy said "My son is also Pagan!" Turns out, the RV guy's son lives in Washington (State) and runs frolicking in the woods naked with coveners just like I do! Needless to say, it didn't work.

The next evening the RV guy came down to where I was working on my boat and told me about this. I gave the guy a copy of my Live Agenting flyer, and I explained to him why the crime syndicate has sent such lunatics to stalk me. We also discussed Scientology---- in his opinion Scientology is in no way a religion. In fact, *HE* was the one who brought up the FBI raid, Scientology's crimes, the torture death of Lisa McPherson, and other events I haven't even heard of about Scientology's crimes.

So quite naturally I asked this guy if he'd like a cold beer and to sit and chat. (SMILE!) He only had time for a brief (20 minutes) chat about Buddhism, religious freedom, Ruby Ridge, and a few other things.

I found out just an hour ago (September 1, 9:11PM) that the reason my stalker was not stalking me today is because he was out stalking another critic of Scientology's crimes and gross human rights violations--- Keith Henson! My stalker was trying to recruit others to watch me because he wanted to go stalk Henson.

I also just read that Graham Berry had TWO attempts on his life today via vehicular assault (both by the same Scientologist). Add that to the battery against Mark Bunker by Scientologist Richard Bernard wielding a hammer, and the battery of "M" by Scientologist Dennis Clark, and the threat of kidnapping Keith's daughter, and a host of other assaults and batteries against critics of Scientology's crimes and abuses by Scientologists, and I've come to the conclusion that law enforcement is not willing or able to handle the problem. Therefore my stalker is my problem. Why the fuck the FBI has consistently REFUSED to do anything about Scientology's terrorism is a mystery to me, but I suspect it has to do with money: it would cost too damn much. Better for the FBI to let a few thousand people be beaten, robed, killed, and "gone missing" than to spend a few hundred million dollars ending the abuse.

Speaking of which, the Barnes' friend Ed went into the Scientology compound "Sand Castle" to complain about their stealing $1,600 every six months (for the last 7 years) from all "OT Sevens," and he has not been seen since. From what I can gather, the Barnes' think he has been kidnapped and sent to an RPF reindoctrination forced labor camp. If he has been taken across state lines out of Florida, perhaps the FBI will finally do something about the RPF, kidnapping, batteries, extortion, witness suborning, jury tampering, bribery of justice system officials, false criminal complaints, insurance fraud, arson, and other crimes. But I doubt it.
