Today is Thursday. This is a day that all former staff of the Co$ can be grateful for the fact that we are not working there anymore.
At times this was not a pleasant day for staff. Right about now some distraught staff member is working their butt off trying to make some stat happen and some might be worried about the consequences, perhaps a visit to the CLO or perhaps lower conditions.
Maybe someone will get put in "Danger" and have to write up O/Ws.
They'll have to tell about the time that they spent too much time in the bathroom when they should have been on post, or the time they picked their nose and wiped it behind a door. It sounds odd, but believe me these are some of the inane overts that people end up feeling guilty about and end up writing about. Like giving so and so a weird look, or letting a public have the night off, or silently breaking wind during a reg cycle, there's all kinds.
It's sad that people have to go through this. Some of the staff do work hard and all's they have is a stat to show for the week. They never get to poiint out the "wins" that some of the public experienced because of them. They're made to turmoil through a Sysyphusian task.
A course sup could have had many smiling and happy students during the week but if those student points and completions aren't up there is hell to pay.
Get those public to take the day off from work so they can contribute to the stats for the week. Follow those stats every minute of the week. Hell, someone from the CLO will even call you every 30 minutes to find out if there has been a change. Write out your battleplan.
Some staff memebers really get treated like cr*p, but I didn't say that, because there are many who will never admit that they were treated like cr*p, until after they leave, OR they will admit it but then they will later admit that they had MUs or O/Ws so that is why they were saying that. Then there are some who will not admit it to others but will only admit it to themselves, because they know better than to admit it to others, until it is safe to do so. Like me right now.
GIVE STAFF A LIFE!
GIVE SEA ORG STAFF TIME OFF TO SPEND WITH THEIR NON-CO$ FAMILIES!
STOP THE INSANITY!
