I believe that the cult has infiltrated the California State Bar.

The prosecutor of Graham Berry's case seems to be taking orders from OSA, using LRH tech/policy to black PR him and using the State Bar to sandbag and railroad him out of practice.

One of the officials of the State Bar filed a complaint on behalf of the cult, and is in their pay.

Scientology abuses the legal system like the terrorists abused airline flights.

I like Graham's quote:

Well, DM, in 1992-3 hi-jacked the Sea Org and crashed it into Scientology. That was in the infamously fascistic and criminal "Mission Holders Conference".

The group was never able to recover.

I wonder if the State Bar will recover from Scientology's infiltration??

You should read the posted October 9 2001 letter from Moxon & Kobrin to Paul Wouters at Xtended Internet (http://www.xtdnet.nl/paul/scientology/xtendednet9oct01email.html. Look at items 35-38 in particular.Moxon & Kobrin are trying to enforce claimed copyrights to "Dead Agenting" and "Targets Defense."

These documents are both part of a manifesto for domestic and international terrorism that can be collectively referred to as the Fair Game Policies and Practises of the tax exempt Church of Scientology.

I could not believe their guile in trying to enforce these alleged copyrights at this time.

Any legitimate enterprise would be disavowing such terrorist documents - not enforcing them as copyrighted material, the use of which damages the Church of Scientology.
