Contrary to my imagination, I have been served with a Restraining Order Summons.
Court appearance is optional.
The hate campaign against me by Scientology has begun! :-) http://members.iinet.net.au/~fanjet/ros16.gif The contents of this order are what I suspected to some degree would be their attack because it fulfils the most 'target' points on me, and the hardest to defend against and thus labeled:
* Run a hate campaign against a single member.
* Advocate violence against Scientologists.
* Vandalise church property.
* Hanging around the church.
* Participates in internet hate group.
* Names member as church rep encountered ??!?!
Regrettably, I can't let this go and fear I will have to
defend myself, otherwise I can see that the extreme
Scientology view will become gospel and I'll get slapped
with a yard-long lie-compliance sheet.
Waste of the courts time. I think they built up enough bits and pieces from my postings to create a raging frankensteinian psychopath with my name on it.
I will be off to the state library tomorrow to get the facts on Restraining Orders. A copy goes to various local groups for advice. Lawyers are on tap.
As the policeman said (even though it took him a solid week to deliver it) - "looks like you've upset somebody!"
Damn right. Grrrrr!!
