How droll!
For the past year, there has been a very effective public service campaign going on in New York. Subways and buses carry placards showing various professional people at work, all identified by name and position, identifying themselves as people who have successfully been treated for mental illness.
The people depicted on those posters all have positions of power and authority far beyond anything the CCHR shills who post here might ever hope to attain.
The people depicted on those posters are all far braver than the CCHR shills who post here under pseudonyms.
The CCHR shills who post here about stigmatization of the mentally ill are despicable hypocrites. They post about stigmatization solely for the purpose of FORWARDING such stigmatization rather than eliminating it.
The CCHR is a front group for the Church of Scientology, a self-described "religion" who label anyone who has received treatment for mental illness an ILLEGAL PC. The Church of Scientology refuses services to anyone with a history of treatment for mental illness.
If there is any group in the United States that encourages stigmatization of the mentally ill, it is the CCHR and its parent, the Church of Scientology.
Hypocrites.
