The stolen identity matter wherein scientologist, Jolie Steckart, infiltrated CAN (Cult Awareness Network) as a spy for the Church of Scientology is being reported to the FTC which now has a Task Force investigating crimes involving stolen indentity. I'll try to restate a story I posted a long time ago A fellow contacted me claiming to be a homeless guy... persecuted by scientology...

He told me a story about his being an ex scientologist that tried to steal some stuff from the bookstore at a mission in Cincinnati...

This is the guy that showed up looking like a homeless person at the picket in clearwater in 1999..

He tried very hard to invite himself to my home.

I later found out he was same guy that showed up on bob minton's doorstep - posing as a homeless persecuted ex-member...

Of course, he was a homeless persecuted ex-member. with a cell phone...

After I told this story on the net, another fellow contacted me, claiming to the guy that really was the fellow who tried to steal some stuff from the bookstore...

He told ME, after I recounted the story told to me by this 'homeless person' that the 'homeless guy' knew stuff that wasnt in the police report.....

and that he was SURE the only folks that knew ceratin details were OSA.. something about breaking a key off in the back door lock so it couldnt lock....

so we concluded that this "homeless ex scn guy"

was an osa patsey using identity theft....

Later, I id'd the guy, - I recognized the face... when it finally was webbed... thanks to Bob Minton who stated that this guy showed up on HIS doorstep in New hampshire.... out of the blue....???? Hows a homelss dude in florida show up in backwater rural new hamshire?

The guy that was committing identity theft, his name was Scientology Private Investigator Lebeau - the same one that was messing with Bob Minton's life...

Arnie, this is not the birth name of this guy. His birth name (and I can't tell you how it was found) is David Jay Lubow. He goes by a long string of other names, David Lee, David Lebow, David Lebaeu, and other variations.

He was using SSN 552-73-7629 from about 1995. That SSN was actually assigned to an immigrant, El Sayed Ragab. Of course, this information has long been in the hands of the FBI--who don't seem to give a hoot about such things until there is a disaster.

BTW, the FBI either does not read this group or didn't consider my warning of a disaster as bad as WTC to be serious. Oh well.

Best information I have is that he was born 12/53. Late 70s he would have been about 25 years old.
