There is work every day but it is VERY slow. Ben Shaw stated it would take them another 2 years to finish, which I doubt at this rate. It was started November 1998.

The frame is essentially done. Some of the upper floors are blocked in already. They are putting in fire sprinklers, some sewer lines and some electrical. But trust me, they're dragging their feet on this project.
