So you want to be OT. I mean OT as in Operating Thetan being at Cause over Matter, Energy, Space and Time. Well you call yourselves OTs, do you not? And yet you are not OTs. Why is that?

I will tell you why. Because you are OUT-ETHICS!! You are so out-ethics that you can not trust yourself with OT powers because you know deep down or at least fear that you will use these powers to HARM people. You are out-ethics and you know you are out-ethics even though you have hidden it from yourself. You are using the "power to forget" and forgot you are using it. Very clever. But it is AN INSULT TO LRH. He gave you and all people the power to go Totally Free. And here you are calling yourselves OTs and with no power. You have CHEATED LRH. You have BETRAYED LRH and by claiming you are OTs you have INVALIDATED LRH and all his life's work. You have thrown onto the ground the greatest gift that mankind ever had and the only chance living beings will ever have to go free of this universe.

YOURS is the greatest crime of all. This is a crime worse than mass murder because through your out-ethics you are betraying every living creature in this universe.

But this is about to change. YOU are about to change. It's time for you to be MADE into ethical beings. The Superpower building is nearing completion. And when it is finished, all OTs from around the world will be summoned there. You will have no choice. This will be an ethics handling. Refuse and you will be stripped of all your OT levels and training levels and will have to do them all over again at your own expense. No, you won't be allowed to get away with being out-ethics any longer. The Superpower Rundown is going to MAKE YOU ETHICAL whether you like it or not. Only when you are made ethical will you get the promised OT powers from Ron's incredibly powerful tech.

You want to know a little bit about the Superpower Rundown? Well I'll give you just a glimpse. Right in the middle of that building is a large circular room. And in the middle of that room is a pole. And part of the Superpower Rundown is to do amends. Yes, it's the Rehabilitation Project Force that awaits you. And part of that rehabilitation is to run around a pole for several days. And when you drop you will be forced to run round some more by the MAA. And again and again. And there will be cameras on you at all times. David Miscavige will be watching you. He will spot when you are cheating and make you run round harder and faster. You are going to be made into an ethical person. And it's going to hurt. Hurt a lot. It might KILL YOU. But it is the least you deserve for betraying LRH.

And you had better get off all your overts and withholds and be squeeky clean ethically for all eternity after that. After that your OT powers had better be switched on. Because if they are not then it proves that you are STILL OUT-ETHICS. And then you will have to do the TRANSFORMER VAULT RUNDOWN to straighten you out. You will be escorted by two Sea Org guards wearing rubber boots to the transformer vault entrance. You will feel the electricity running up your legs. You will smell the ozone and you are pushed down the manhole cover. You will hear the hum of rhe transformers when they close the cover. You will be in darkness with the hum of the transformers and the smell of ozone. This is your punishment for your out-ethics. THIS will straighten you out. You will either come out ethical at last and with full OT powers or you will be responsible for destroying yourself by setting foot in the wrong place or touching the wrong this while you are down there in the pitch blackness.
