Scientology: Susan Meister Letters: A chain of letters that Scientologist Susan Miester's family received from her while she was in a secret location, ultimately ending in her ordering the sale of her worldly possessions and eventually her death. The Susan Meister Letters are indeed compelling reading. It is interesting that 'Rev. Maren' was the emissary sent by the 'Church' to express its 'solicitude' to the Meister family. Artie Maren was one of the indicted conspirators who went to prison along with Mary Sue Hubbard. The 'Rev.' Maren is still floating around involved with an array of scientology crimes and scams.
