People are generally quite enthusiastic that "someone is doing something about those pests", though I feel they don't rate Scn much worse than dogshit on the pavements (i.e. they would say "I'm glad someone is sweeping and bagging that dogshit", mainly because they haven't got time or will to do so themselves).

Most people in my other circle of contacts have heard of it, think that it's mad, spent a lot of time getting a family member out, know someone who was dead-agented, etc.
