On Cleveland Street in Clearwater, there is a convenience store run by a religious bigot named Paris Morfopoulos, a crime cult bigot who would not serve Tory Bezazian because she is an "SP" and has been declared Fair Game by the crime cult she used to belong to. While this may seem a relatively minor thing, imagine a Scientology-run society, where if you disagreed with the crimes being committed by Scientology you could not buy food or rent a house if the crime cult declared you a non-person. Putting up with bullshit like this is one step on the slippery slope to that end.
Here's a way to express disapproval simply and easily. Go into the One Stoppe Shoppe some time that Paris is there. Don't hassle the poor guy, he's already on the edge. Just buy a soda.
Then, when you're leaving the Shoppe, turn around and tell him "I bought this for Bob Minton!" Then leave.
http://www.lisatrust.net/Media/picket081900.htm at the bottom has a picture of him so you can recognize him, apparently some of his employees are downstat PTSes and don't care about Paris' Fair Game policies, and think he's a bit of a froot-loop themselves.
Hey, if one person does this, maybe he'll think they're a nut. If two people go in to do it together, well, maybe he'll think they're gay, nothing wrong with that. But if people just keep coming in and doing that on a daily basis, maybe he'll think it's a MOVEMENT. And maybe a bit of reason will enter into his Scientology-fuzzed brain.
Religious discrimination by religious bigots is illegal in a place of public accomodation. But that should be handled lightly, since he is just one fool with a moribund store.
And remember, "You can get anything you want, at Paris' One Stoppe Shoppe (excepting Xenu)."
