Scientology is just blowing smoke up the woofer of the band El Ron Hitler when they threaten legal action. Scientology can no more prevent the name El Ron Hitler than the Kennedy familly could squash the band "The Dead Kennedys" or Richard Nixon supress "Mojo Nixon".

In fact Scientology could do nothing about the far more direct lampooning of Frank Zappa who roasted L. Ron Hoover and the Church of Appliantology in a 3 record set and smeared the name of L. Ron Hubbard on several other (recorded) occasions.

It's not the Scientologists that the band ought to be worried about, it's the Aryan Brotherhood. Those guys don't send letters from lawyers and they don't take kindly to people who malign their beloved Fuhrer by associating him with the likes of L. Ron Hubbard!
