This is from the yahoo club "anti Scientology". A good read. You can go to the site at:http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/antiscientology and email him about it, or join... it's a great club!
As a result of some emails I have been receiving recently, I have decided to share some of the points raised by Scientologists. As you are probably aware, getting a Scientologist to stand up for his religious beliefs where there can be a free exchange of ideas, as on a site like this, is a rare thing.
The first assumption the Scientologist makes is that critics are evil. That we destroy things. That we`d like to round up all the Scientologists and put them in slave labour camps, deprive them of money, put them under enormous duress, and prevent them from expressing their opinions.
It never occurs to them that they are blaming us for what their own churches are doing to them. That rage has to come out somewhere, and none dare direct it at its source.
Little do they realize that we critics are the reason they aren`t treated worse. I mean Ron was able to cut loose out on the high seas. Imagine being a parent watching your child suffer the humiliation of being overboarded.
Good one Ron.
Mankinds greatest friend !
So I want everyone here to get used to the idea that our criticisms of the church actually keeps their ethics in. They are being a little more flexible now in handling the constant stream of psychotic breaks coming from the L`s HGC. They know Bob Minton is ready to advertise their products to the world.
Would Scientology have changed their M.O. if Lisa McPherson`s story wasn`t told to the world ?
I`m always careful to state I am not anti-Scientology. I`m pro truth. Now the Scientologist can`t put you in the SP box. He thinks he`s onto a winner here. It is true, what I say. I`m all for people finding out more about Scientology.
Next comes the safety in numbers phenomenon.
"8 million people can`t be wrong." " Scientology is the fastest growing religion in the world. "
Devastating stuff.
I asked a guy over a month ago to get this information confirmed by the IAS.
Still nothing..
My simple question to him was. Can you explain to me why the IAS won`t give you this information ?
Next we have ..." But the tech works."
This one had me baffled for a while. See you look at any concept of Scientology as a single detached entity and one rarely can find fault with it. It`s only when you add all these isolated pieces together to form an aggregate that you see. It doesn`t add up.
Audit out engrams, + get off O/W`s + indicate ARC breaks = one psychotic break.
So what happened ? .... Our old friend the held down seven. The unknown factor.
See Ron had his finger on his ego the whole time he was packaging his bridge. Don`t believe me ? Have another listen to one of his lectures.
It`s as if he uses philosophy as a framework to promote his own legend.
Then ask yourself this... Why can you summarize one of his lectures in 6
minutes while it took him 60 ? That`s about the correct ratio of data to
ego. If you add Rons vanity to the Scientology equation... You see why it
doesn`t add up. How can a philosophy give correct answers while it is blind
to it`s own held down seven ?

P.S As usual if you have a problem with anything I say...feel free to
