I found on the Internet World Wide Web scanned images and typed text that purported to be the death certificate and the coroner's investigation report and the results of the toxicology screen of LRH's blood taken from his body after his death.

I found these documents very disturbing. In fact, if these were true, then David Miscavige and Pat Broker and Ray Mithoff and the others had blatantly LIED to me at the Palladium event in January 1986. LRH's death was not at all what they had described. And within the contents of these documents were very suspicious events.

I felt that I had to verify for myself the veracity of these specific documents. In February 2003 I traveled to San Luis Obispo California and visited the County Clerk's office. There I viewed and received a certified copy of the Death Certificate of Lafayette Ronald Hubbard.

I then traveled to the Sheriff's department of San Luis Obispo County and went to the Detective and Coroner's department. The Detectives also do Coroner's investigations. I received copies from their own files of the 1986 Coroner's investigation and the toxicology report that related to LRH's death.

They were better copies than what I had found on the web, but were otherwise the same documents."

Also causing much suspicion, are the facts on the Coroner's report, (the drug Vistaril found in Hubbard's body) and the speech given three days later by David Miscavige and others at the Palladium in 1986. That cheery worded eulogy to members about Hubbard from David Miscavige vs the strange results on the Coroner's report, have left many questions and of course, make members feel like they had been lied to.

Here are a few places where portions of this speech are found:

David Miscavige:

`Thus, at 2000 hours, Friday 24 January 1986, L. Ron Hubbard discarded the body he had used in this lifetime for seventy-four years, ten months and eleven days. The body he had used to facilitate his existence in this universe had ceased to be useful and in fact had become an impediment to the work he now must do outside its confines. The being we knew as L. Ron Hubbard still exists. Although you may feel grief, understand that he did not, and does not now. He has simply moved on to his next step. The audience was told that Hubbard had decided to "leave the body," because it was hindering his OT research. David Miscavige assured them that Hubbard had "moved on to his next level of OT research." Miscavige added, "This level is beyond anything any one of us ever imagined. This level is in fact done in an exterior state, meaning that it is done completely exterior from the body. At this level of OT, the body is nothing more than an impediment."

This is from the 1983 edition of the Physician's Desk Reference, pg 1571. It was a couple years out of date when Hubbard died. Vistaril is the psych drug found in Hubbard's body.

Intramuscular Solution
For Intramuscular use Only .... Hydroxyzine has demonstrated its clinical effectiveness in the chemotherapeutic aspect of the total management of neuroses and emotional disturbances manifested by anxiety, tension, agitation, apprehension or confusion. .... It induces a calming effect in anxious, tense, psychoneurotic adults and also in anxious, hyperkinetic children without impairing mental alertness. It is not a cortical depressant but its action may be due to a suppression of activity in certain key regions of the subcortical area of the central nervous system. .... Indications: The total management of anxiety, tension and psychomotor agitation in conditions of emotional stress requires in most instances a combined approach of psychotherapy and chemotherapy. Hydroxyzine has been found to be particularly useful for this latter phase in its ability to render the disturbed patient more amenable to psychotherapy in long term treatment of the psychoneurotic and psychotic although it should not be used as the sole treatment of psychosis or of clearly demonstrated cases of depression. ....

VISTARIL® (hydroxyzine hydrochloride) Intramuscular Solution is useful in treating the following type of patients when intramuscular administration is indicated:

1. The acutely disturbed or hysterical patient. 2. The acute or chronic alcoholic with anxiety withdrawal symptoms or delirium tremens. 3. As pre- and postoperative and pre- and postpartum adjunctive medication to permit reduction in narcotic dosage, allay anxiety and control emesis.

According to what Hubbard's doctor told the coroner, and what the labs from the autopsy found, Hubbard had been injected with Vistaril® and only Vistaril® in a non-hospital setting. That's what you do with a psychiatrically disturbed or drug withdrawal patient.

L. Ron Hubbard was given Vistaril® by Dr. Gene Denk in his final days, by intramuscular injection in the right buttocks. Vistaril® is a psychiatric drug, used to calm frantic or overly anxious patients. He died on January 24th, 1986, eight days after the fatal stroke, and one day after signing his last will and testament. He died in a 1982 Blue Bird motor home, about five miles East of Creston, CA, at the very remote "Emanuel Camp". His fingernails and toenails were long and unkempt. His hair was long, thin and receding on his forehead. David Miscavige personally arrived with documents requesting that no autopsy be performed. 13 photographs taken of his body were later destroyed at the request of Norman Starkey.

An extraordinarily important FACT about Hubbard's death,The quantitative test for the presence of the anti-psychotic medication VISTARIL does not show how much is in the body. The coroners report stated "TRACE OF VISTARIL" The chemical test to detect it, does NOT return a result showing how much, even if his body was soaking in the stuff, and remember, there were something like 15 needle marks in the old mans butt...

If Hubbards body was literally saturated in Vistaril (as in enough to MURDER him ) the test run by the coroner would merely show A TRACE Because the test indicates the PRESENCE of a TRACE or BETTER for a positive... Scientologist "Dr" Denk would of course know this..... Perhaps that is why he so generously prepared 3 vials of blood in an anticipation of hubbard's "demise" for the "conveinience" of the coronor....and not ONE of those vials had any TRACE of Vistaril. The sample taken from Hubbard's BODY by the coroner, DID... And the old man had 15 needle marks in his butt? The implied conclusion should move ANYONE LOYAL TO DAVID MISCAVIGE to RUN FOR YOUR LIVES... Literally 'cause if they could off L Ron Hubbard, when he became a threat to "the expansion of Scientology" And if YOU happened to be in possession of knowledge, facts or evidence of dirty deeds by David Miscavige and his fellow loons, do you think they would think twice about offing YOU? Or perhaps you'd just get the slow 'death' of being sent to the RPF until your mind was scrambled.... or you died of hard labor or old age or neglect of medical conditions??
