No, because the op went off the rails. I now realize that their ops
go bad more often than not, like the failure to appear op they tried
to ran on me with the help of the DA in Hemet. In this case, they did
not give enough drug to Tom in his drink for him to pass out (Tom was
drugged, not drunk). The game plan (almost certainly) was for Tom to
pass out, Ms Bloodybutt to smear the place (5 feet up on the walls!)
leave and someone to have the cops break in on an anon tip of screams.
Tom would have been found passed out with this incrediable mess to explain. I wonder if the cops would have torn out the plumbing on the theory Tom had flushed the "victim" in little pieces. But it didn't work, Tom did not pass out and called 911 when he discovered all the blood. After that it was all a salvage job. They did get Tom locked up overnight and used Ms Bloodybutt to successfully sue him and his spineless insurance company.
