It's likely you're not aware of just how close it was that Bill got you "questioned," for wont of a better term, by the FBI here in Los Angeles. He set you up as a patsy to take the fall for the crimes he tricking you into committing.
The list of crimes the FBI had prepared to present to their DA included the deliberate disruption of commercial computer networks over phone lines and as I recall there was a crime listed covering the fraudulent appropriation and misrepresentation of wire commerce.
Of particular interest of the _felonies_ that Bill was ordering you to committ was the forging of Money Orders from post offices, a crime that has a $10,000 reward for anyone who reports such a forgery used in the commission of a crime. (My take was that one can put any name one wants on a Money Order purchased from the post office and nobody cares. If it's used in a crime, it becomes a felony that gets added on to the criminal charges as an extra crime to assist the DA's prosecution by giving a "throw away" charge up for negotiation and dropping in return for copping a plea.
There was also a credit card used by one of the Scientology crimimals and the name on the card didn't match the name on the Internet account so that was another point of interest for the FBI.
What saved you, Bill, and the other crimninals was the inability of the FBI to discern a dollar amount of damages in excess of $10,000. Had the FBI been able to show such damages -- in the accumulated customer service and complaint handleing hours you guys were responsible for -- I suspect you would all have a nice felony on your police records now and newspapers would have covered another GO/OSA series of crimes that Mike Rinder could demand were conducted by yet more "rogue agents."
When I met with the FBI to hand over the information collected at the end, the FBI was more interested in the mthodologies used by activists to track down Rego and the rest of you. The FBI wanted to know how we found out a video tape of _you_ was recovered from surveilence tapes and how we acquired hand writing samples of you guys, the most notable public instance being the forged Money Order from the Arizona post office. The FBI was looking to see if the information collected had been acquired legally. They seemed to feel that if they couldn't get damages in excess of $10,000 at the hands of Scientology, maybe they could salvage a case by seeing if activists were unclean.
When the Scientology crime syndicate alters usenet postings and tries to get them included in court records, Tory, against human rights and free speech rights activists, an affidavit from you covering your activities wouldn't be amiss. The criminal enterprise claimed under oath to a Judge that such postings can't be forged and yet the criminals did just that over one million times over the 14 months they were posting forged messages.

Fredrick...
Well, I know they were super freaked out when I left (C of S) and I knew why.
It wasn't because I was an "OT 7" although that did have it's own bad PR with it for them. It wasn't that I was a 30-Year Scientologist now leaving.
It wasn't that
> I'd assisted OSA as a volunteer for over 20 years.
It WAS this affiliation with these people, and the actions I had done and
known about, I am quite sure.
When I left, I tried to see an FBI person in Clearwater. I was told at the time "He's working on one specific thing here in CW". I was SO freaked out, I didn't feel I could tell ANYONE>>>>even an attorney.
That was when I decided to write up all that I knew, and I wrote the "OSA 101 Series"....which is posted at:
http://www.lermnet.com/cos/toryonosa.htm Telling the whole story, as I knew it.
It's amazing that those actions were really the beginning of the end for me.
It's even more amazing that there are still "OT's" on here, posting and lying, and they see nothing wrong with it, and think they are heroes.
As I've tried to point out to them many times, History always repeats itself.
They are continuing to do exactly what the GO did years ago. We all know the results of that.
Take care.

Subject: Bill Yaude Introduces the Secret Confidential Agreement, (Part 3)

First Bill asked me to just scan the Internet and "See if any confidential materials come up". I did this, and only would come up with www.xenu.net. (I didn't know how to search at all at the time). To Do this he had to 'remove the Net Nanny" from my computer. This was a new surprise to me, in itself!
Ok, then he asked for his 'favor' which I've posted about.
(If you missed it, see earlier post about Bill)
Next Bill told me, "This has been VERY successful, and we are going to need you to do more". Again, wanting to help out, I said "OK". We went over to the HGB (Hubbard Guarantee Building) which is where Int management is located.
Now previously I had met a man named Gavino, who was Sea Org, from OSA International. He was/is Italian, medium height and very Italian. I had never met him prior to this project with Bill, even though I had worked with OSA Int for years, previously.
So going over there, we road up the elevator with Gavino.
As I walked into this little office, Bill told me 'This is TOP secret. NO ONE can know about this. ALL of us who are on this project are sworn to secrecy. You must sign this agreement, to continue.
At that point I should have walked out. Unfortunately, I trusted my friend very much, and truly believed he would never do anything to harm me or Scientology.
I began reading the Secret agreement, and right away I felt bad.
It said, 'I promise NEVER to tell ANYONE. Not any Scientology Executives, Not the Vice President of C of S or the President, or RTC, or ANY Executives, Ethics officers, ANY auditors, blah blah blah! If I ~~ever~~ mention ONE word of this, I would owe Scientology Thousands of dollars. Sounds truly weird to the average person here, but at the level I was at, we were used to signing endless 'waivers' anyways.
Also at the level I was at, I was ~~totally~~ used to secrecy.
Even still........
I looked at Bill and said, "Shit man, this sounds like the old GO stuff (Guardian's office, where 9 people ended up in jail, including Mary Sue Hubbard!)" I could feel Gavino ridge up, (I doubt he liked me saying that) and that may have been why I always felt like he didn't like me.
Bill looked at me and calmly said, " Tory....you know me. All that we are doing is Perfectly legal. I would NEVER do anything that is unethical, or illegal".
I remember asking Bill, "What about my auditing? (As I knew my next 6 month Check I would get Security Checking, and I knew due to "Bt's/Clusters"...someone would end up reading on all of this secrecy shit.
Meaning one of these supposed BT's would end up reading on "Have you ever done anything wrong?" or some such question, and I'd be stuck due to this top secret crap)
He said, "Tory.....we have THE top auditors on the Planet for this kind of thing, at Flag. You will be totally taken care of".
Since he had been my auditor, once again, I trusted him..
I signed the agreement......and now I was promised to top secrecy. I couldn't tell my husband, any of my friends....
NO ONE> It had an extremely odd feel to it, but this shows you how dedicated I was to helping my group. I honestly thought I was going to be helping them; How utterly pathetic.
I'm sure the OSA ops who post here regularly are sure they are "Fighting for religious Freedom". Nothing could be farther from the truth. The only people who don't realize they are being Conned are they themselves. Unfortunately one of the deep seeded things in Scientology is to never listen to criticism or 'entheta' and that the only people who say such thing are very bad people---thus the Scio/Truman show stays tightly shut.
The story will continue..
Tory/Magoo!
PS Sorry if I cannot answer questions right now. I have some impending things I must get to. I will as soon as I can. I just feel it is important to finish this one series.
To Bill...hopefully this will help you take a peek at what you are doing....and 'take responsibility' for your actions. My suggestion is the same: Hubbard's last PL:
