Pretexting religious freedoms, USA want to stop Europe to sue cults and other evangelist north-american organizations before courts
Try to imagine a world where the church of scientology would manage the funds for unemployed, where the Moon cult would control Press and Publishing houses... Bush promised it. This promise is written into the governement doctrine now anchored since more than 6 decades into american politics; that transformed USA in Promised Land for Cults (impunity, profitable tax laws, support to neo-colonialism in central America...). It is the result of two main factors. First, the First Amendment stipulates "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercize thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redressment of grievances". Moreover, the struggle, together with cults, from american secret services against communism. Moon was able then to become one of the main actors in this combat; it's like this that came to life the World Anti Communist League, and that the Church of the Verb, created by an american officer, specialist of psychological warfare, became the first political power in Guatemala.

Those witnesses were merely the main Attorney for Jehovas Witnesses, the representant of a very unclear organization declared as defender of human rights whose members work directly with scientology and an "evangelist" american pastor from Nimes, whose mother organization, Greater Grace, is managed by a Dr George Robertson, very active toward scientology. The qualities of those witnesses did not launched doubts to the CSCE. They even went to sign up from these witnesses tropisms in a very official and a harsh declaration against France "the french government looks like under Vichy regime... cults are sued like jews were... etc." And the Interministerial Mission to Combat Cults, managed by Alain Vivien, was qualified as "KGB wise".

On sept 6th, the last report was published to US congress members. European countries repressing the cults criminal activities are again attacked.

France is accused to sue cults not because of their criminal behaviour, but on their beliefs basis. The MILS answers: "It is probable that many cults have received missions. Similarly as the Echelon (1) system, they act as a coordinated body helping american interests..."

Many documents will prove it. In Greece, an instruction judge, wafter ahving raided a scientology organization, discovered secret documents stolen to the strategic management of the greek armies. In a seized telex, the scientology secret services congratulated themselves because a CIA action had been able to get closure of the greek police department responsible to watch cults.

More recently, telexes of the US Embassy in Madrid bearing the mention "sensitive, not classified" came anonymously in some redactions. Those telexes - uncommented by american embassy - were directed tro diplomat Seiple and explaining how the american administration should act so as to stop the spanish instructor judge activities toward scientology managers.

Don't let be lured: the BDHRL and cults are support of a liberal economy.

They were born in the same melting pot as "the new right wing" and the "ultra-conservatism", all this to struggle against communism. They did not forget anything from their founding secular values.

GARCIA RUIZ: There is an objective alliance between the maincultic groups and american evangelist ones. Three countries only have written secularity in their Constitution: France, Portugal and Turkey.
