At the new Celebrity Centre there are still no signs at all, not for 'Scientology or Dianetics' or anything. There is still the 'Now Hiring' sign. But the really strange thing is, they do not yet have the signs up saying, "Most Major Credit Cards Accepted".

No decals for Mastercard or Visa can be seen in the windows.

A few nights ago I dialed in and still there is no answering machine on the telephone.

Today, Friday, 2:00pm, I sent a friend of mine in to look the place over. The MIS was 7, 4 males, 3 females.(monkeys in the shop).

It seems the course room has 6 desks, each desk would hold 2 students. And this of course is more than enough after 30 years of unparalleled expansion in this city of close to two million citizens.

It seems as though there is only one auditing room. This friend of mine doesn't really know what to look for though. What was highly interesting was that they did not have the OCA's, or Personality Test available. They had to go through boxes to find them. According to my friend there is one entire room (section) that has only boxes stacked in it.

I had mentioned in an earlier report that the rent must be in excess of $3000US. I've been checking around and it now seems they could be paying from $5800 to $8000 per month for this location. Eventually I'll get a more accurate figure. I cannot understand this, how they can afford this much rent. I'm guessing they have picked up a new monkey with deep-pockets, they simply do not have the business to support this new location otherwise.

Several oddities surround this move to a new location:

The old building: Once I had tracked down that they were renting that building from a Leasing Agency, or something like that. A few years later I do a net search and the building had been purchased by an individual out of California. Due to sloppy archiving I have lost that information. Since then the building had again been purchased by an individual out of California, this I learned from a Leasing Office.

At this time, at the old location, there are *still* no signs saying the building is for Sale or Rent or Lease. Now this is odd, the building sits there empty with no signs of any type on it, nothing.

So I'm thinking there is a story here, could be an interesting one.

The boxes still stacked: Why after all this time, two weeks, are they not settled yet? What is going on? Is most of the stuff like books still in storage? Did that stuff ever go into storage? Are they secured in this new location yet or will they be moving again?

The OCA: Two oddities on this, first is the address. It has the current address, but instead of saying Celebrity Centre it says Hubbard Dianetics Center above the street address. The address is rubber-stamped in, not printed in professionally. I would post the full address here, but the hell with them, this is the only advertising they are getting. If CC INT or whatever wants the full address they can find it themselves.

To continue with the OCA, well, it doesn't say OCA on it, it doesn't say Oxford Capacity Analysis on it, it simply says, "FILL out this FREE personality test."

Some orgs in some cities use the Stress Test, CCLV used to use the Stress Test while the big org was using the OCA. And now the CC uses the Personality Test. So has the OCA disappeared entirely???

It occurs to me to not type these updates, that if I remain silent it could be months until they get some signs up saying they are there.

(months until they get out of Non-E) But then I think it is better to type like this, to let the world know about this stellar example of Speed of Particle Flow. That typing like this causes CC INT to put pressure on them. What I'd like to see is a quick fix, an inappropriate and yet money-consuming sign that is changed one day to something presentable. Until that day, I shall remain, the only advertising in the world, for the new CCLV. As of this time their web site is still not updated.
