The Church of $cientologys policy to harrass people through the legal system is apparent. The have managed to omit important information in Keith Hensons' case in California which let the jurors not see the important information which undoubtedly led to his conviction. Now as we can see, the same dramatics used to attach the name of dangerous to Keith because of a joke post, are trying to attach a name equivelant to a drug cartel boss to Jesse Prince.

The same dynamic is at work here. It is called harrassment by fabrication.

Everyone knows this who is in tune, but what it is interesting to remember a response from David Miscaviage to police or whatever legal entity at the time of Lisa McPhersons death. I don't know the exact quote but is was to the effect of going easy on the church, this has never happened before. What utter hypocricy to try to condemn other people who have no information about individuals to the point where private investigators are tailing them to find out any nit-picking detail. Then comes the dramatic fabrications. How many times do they expect to dish it out, but not take it? The truth, that is.

They are following L Ron's teachings. They worship himand his "orders!"

So it's easy to surmise that there is so much lying going on. It is a full time business to have to cover lies and the truth. The manipulation of the courts with pleas, omitting of evidence and so many conflicts of interest with lawyers, church members -a virtually monopolized judge and jury should soon be noted as set precedences in court records throughout the world.

This is a good lesson in what $cientology is about. Their policies are evident in court. All of L Ron's teachings are appearing in the legal system. Their cases, as hideously as they have managed to have Keith convicted in California, belong on a TV show like Judge Judy or Wompner. They are ficticious. They are working the system only to cover their lies. These people represent restitution for THEM. This is an arrogant church. They do not care about honesty, and the death of Lisa McPherson is a pivotal case where death would be attached to their name. Followed by others and more recent after Lisa was Ashlee and Stacy. How can they expect to get away with that? Well of course, they are following the teachings of L Ron. Destroy them utterly!

The letter written to the Florida Judge regarding the Keith Hensons case is yet more damage control for the obvious guilt for irresponsible deaths that have occured in their midst. Does this exonerate the obvious heavy legal tactics by highly conflictual Scientology attorneys issues and DA love affair they engaged in the Orange County court system? I wonder how often calls were made to the DA in California by the Church of $cientology?

Victim! Victim!There have been more deaths. But these are high profile cases because people have chosen to stand against it. To read all of the websites about these deaths is not reading "propaganda" There is no selling of the facts. I believe because of the genuine tragic grief that honest people feel and have used it to motivate anyone who would care. You don't have to buy that feeling. It is unfortunately created by a church who practices "man-made persecution."

I support all of you who stand up against human indignity and disrespect like this. You are doing it for many more than yourselves. I support you all with my heart and soul.
