To Whom It May Concern,

I am the owner of the website scientology-kills.org. As such, I have been trying for some time to discover why my site is blocked from your 'Wayback Machine' at archive.org, and have e-mailed Mr. Lenny Di Franza, your webmaster, several times to request that it be unblocked.

On 7/10/02, he informed me via e-mail that my site is blocked from your end, and not by any inadvertent action on my part, and he was not sure of the reason. He said he would inquire. To date he has not contacted me with any explanation.

Please be kind enough to tell me, either by regular mail or by e-mail, why you have deemed my site to be unfit for inclusion in your archives. If you are concerned about legal action that may be taken against you by the Scientologists, I can assure you that I have never been sued or otherwise legally harassed by them. Both xenu.net and scientology-kills.net are represented in your archives, and they have had difficulties with legal challenges, so I would not think this is your rationale.
