2. The use of the very word "Scientology" is, of course, protected.
The webpage is about the Scientology cult.
3. There is no possible comfusion between Scientology and myself;
the webpage is critical of Scientology and opposes Scientology, as do I. Scientology claims to be a religion, not a company that has customers and needs trademark protection in case of commercial confusion. The webpage in question is not commercial in nature, and I derive no profit from exposing and opposing the cult of Scientology. If Scientology is a commercial venture, it should cease all claim to being a religion and pay its taxes like any other corporate entity.

Mr. Hamra said, "The Church of Scientology now had a database of information on every subscriber which included names, credit card info., credit reports, telephone info., computer info., who had referred them to Earthlink and who were their previous ISP providers." Mr. Hamra told me about the "other Earthlink building" which was next door on New York Avenue in Pasadena.Mr. Hamra told me that the other building was high security and is where Earthlink and the Church of Scientology did all the monitoring of the internet. - DECLARATION OF ROBERT J. CIPRIANO.
Unbelievable. :-P
