Elron came back as a cockroach living inside the rim of a urinal inside a psychiatrist's men's room.

He is fully at cause over his very own psycho-pissbath. And frankly, that is just where the universe wants him to be.

He practiced overboarding (throwing people off the deck of his yacht) and routinely kept his staff in a state of terror. The man was a raving lunatic who was always pissed off.

Now he can get his own ethics in forevermore by being pissed on.
