Not through DMCA, but through World Intellectual Property Organization regarding misuse of copyrights/trademarks etc. I happened to be reading the decision on www.scientologie.org today. BTW, our favorite cult _lost_ this one in June 2000 to the Free Zone Association of Germany, because the FZ owned the rights to the book titled "Scientologie - Wissenschaft von der Beschaffenheit und Tauglichkeit des Wissens", published in 1934, and probably from which Tubbard stole the name "Scientology" from. I didn't see this on ars.
