I think I should give some ideas of what I witnessed before the court attacking the scientology scam.

I've already explained that regarding illegal violations of privacy, scientology had lots of files and sending them via INCOMM, the most generalized delation project having ever been used on this planet.

That Scientology was keeping the files of people, even dead, or declared, or whose adress was no longer valid.

Now, the second part of the trial was about fraud attempt.

So, my desmonstration was about "ability gained".

I took the chart, the "Bridge" (tm)(c)(r), a doicument that was known from the judges. Explained them that the column at the extreme right, was about ability gained.

I explained that, by instance, the exact ability gained indicated there was "Ability to communicate freely of anything to anyone" (or french equivalent). But that the trap was that anyone can feel like that at moments, but ten minutes later, it can have disappeared.

Then I took "Clear"... "The pc has no longer his own bank". I said that the bank itself was unexisting. That anyway, it would have been necessary to have the next steps of the "bridge" in mind to understand this strange "OWN"

bank.

And I explained that NOTs was "Cause over Life". But that anything is "cause over life, would it be a stone, a water bottle etc, since when you don't have water in desert, you can die; if you run on a stone, you can fall, etc.

Therefore, that their abilities gained were moot.

The scieno witness, a "doctor in computers", felt that he should criticize my views. That's his problem, yes. His other problem was that he was lying.
