David Miscavige has made far more serious enemies with former high and mid level Scientology executives than he or his lawyers ever realized or planned for. Here is a just a bit of the assistance they are providing to show Miscavige’s 65 page "I and the Sea Org do not control or lead Scientology" declaration in the Wollersheim is perjury on a scale that only sheer arrogance, ignorance and desperation could have manufactured.

It appears Miscavige and his attorneys never though to pre-review their own published and unpublished material for the plethora of statements on the Scientology record by Miscavige completely contradicting what he says in his 65-page sworn declaration. Glaring contradictory statements like those found in the issues of KSW news, International Scientology News, Impact Magazine, videos of his speeches and best of all the many live satellite feeds that were copied by Scientologists at the big Scientology events over the years. (It is too bad the IRS didn’t see a few of these unedited high level briefings that are now surfacing before they issued Scientology’s tax exempt status.)

Our legal team is reviewing these and other areas I cannot mention, but what I can tell you is this we still need your help to get every single copy of KSW news, International Scientology News, Impact Magazine, videos of his speeches and best of all the many live satellite feeds that were copied by Scientologists at the big Scientology events over the years. We have some good ones now, but we need more of them for this very simple reason!

We want to overwhelm this judge with the level of fraud and perjury perpetrated by Miscavige to such a clear and convincing degree that he quickly rules against them (because of the fraud and perjury surrounding the critical areas of the case) AND, he seeks the most severe legal sanctions possible against Miscavige and their attorneys.

Having some evidence or even a lot of evidence in a case like this is not when you know it is going up on appeal.

Only an overwhelming body of evidence show perjury and fraud will make the cut to get the job done.

So please check your personal archives immediately for any of the above named materials. If you have them contact my attorneys so we can get them into the evidence submissions. (I am sure that this evidence will eventually also eventually go to other critical Scientology cases and directly to the IRS regarding Scientology’s Tax status achieved through corporate fraud.)
