The cult lawyers in Norway are at it again. I'm impressed they have the same law firm as they had in September 2000.

Here a "quick and dirty" translation of the letter my lawyer (Knut Vigeland) just sent to the cult law firm in Norway (Simonsen Musaeus):

With reference to your letter of 23/3 [2001] with attachments.

I once again want to point out that it is legal to quote from your clients more or less peculiar scriptures, ref. Aandsverks- loven [Norwegian law on copyright] §§ 21, 22 and 25.

I can not, with the best of my ability, see that my client has done anything wrong in this case. That he has engaged in a total war against the nuisance your client represented, only deserves applause.

When I pleaded the damages action for Magne Berge against your client in the circuit and the high court, I used the right to quote from your clients works extremely diligently.

This way your client contributed to their own conviction.

It is self-explanatory that I did not ask the "Church" for their permission in advance.

I am sadly not able to comment the net references you give in your attaintment to your letter since I got a defect cable in my Internet connection. I can not connect to the Internet.

But whatever my client has quoted I can not see what he has done wrong. He most certainly is not aiming at competing with your client. And he does not enrich himself or others with what he is doing. He only wish to prevent innocent people from being conned by the organization you represent. And he does so by spreading information about the nuisance - in other words pure education.
