Xenu Towers (the abandoned Super Power Building project) should be handed over to the Salvation Army so they can use it to help the homeless, abused spouses, etc. There is supposed to be a kitchen in the basement, and all the rooms of course are empty (unless RPFers are being housed there). So Scientology could in one stroke show they have a good side by helping the homeless, and give themselves a ton of good PR, while DM keeps on pondering whether to have blue or aqua colored ashtrays. Then when they officially abandon the project that was designed to help save the planet, they could donate it to the Clearwater police department.

Xenu Towers has to be the biggest sign that something is destabilizing Scientology. This is a project that Hubbard himself said was needed to save the planet, yet it sits month after month, an abandoned shell of a building, imposing on the outside but empty on the inside. What happened to the leadership of Scientology that could "make it happen," changed into one that "cannot complete a cycle."
