Well, we had a major breakthrough down at the lab last week. I was going to keep it a secret for now, but recent events have forced me to divulge our news ahead of schedule.
We succeeded in combining genetic material from the Grevey's Mountain Zebra with that of the common wildebeest. The result looks sort of like a striped cow. We were going to take out a patent on the beast, and name it the Zegnu.
According to recent communication with some American group called Scientology, the name is copyrighted and we will be facing lawsuits if we go ahead and use Zegnu. So, look for the Wildebra coming soon to a zoo near you.
