Being a homeowner in Clearwater, I am not completely sure of how I will vote regarding the proposed revitalization projects for downtown Clwtr. and the bayfront.

On one hand, I would like to see the "ghost town" that is downtown made into a better place to go for entertainment, shopping, etc., but I would hate to see all this improvement mainly benefit any *particular* organization, let alone an organization which I feel is detrimental to many involved (I'm being kind, here!).

I'm leaning toward voting "no" for the project. But I can't help but feel that it's only because of the Co$ that I will be doing this.

BTW, except for the above issues and some others (i.e. Lisa M.), you *can* live a great life in Clwtr. w/o being consumed by the cult.
