    Patrick, rice and beans isn't just for RPFers.  Any staff who
    have down stats or a lower condition are assigned to rice and
    beans, breakfast, lunch and dinner, until their condition 
    improves, or they blow.  Whichever comes first.
    
    But no meat allowed in it.
