    best *possible* outcome of the hearing is Judge Whyte ruling:
    
    1)  Netcom & Klemesrud dismissed from case.
    2)  Writ of Seizure vacated and all materials returned to me.
    3)  TRO dropped.
    4)  Scieno bond raised to $100,000.
    5)  Contempt motions against me denied.
        
    Ultra, ultra fine outcome:
    
    6)  Sanctions against the scienos.
        
    Worst possible outcome ...
