    El Rotundo micro-managed every aspect of the cult until
    poodleboy took over the job at the Mission Holder's Meeting
    at Flag, in 1981.

    His shore-story, was that he had nothing to do with the cult's
    mangagement. It was a Major Project (Bulldozer Leak?) that had 
    tons of files vetted and shreaders running round the clock at 
    orgs. It was simply a way for him to claim plausible deniability.

    And keep him out of jail.
