    In case they didn't:  It was definately David Mayo who wrote 
    the NOTs bulletins.  He conducted the first NOTs internship 
    at Flag the first time it was delivered to public.  It was 
    written from the babblings of El Rotundo after David audited 
    hiM back to "sanity" using the newly invented NOTs tek to 
    pick those itchy little hidden BTs and clusters off hiS dying
    carcass.

    Are you talking about NOTs (OT4-7), Martin?  Or the brand new
    (rehashed from the old OT4-7) OT9 - *?

    They've always adjusted the "bridge" for maximum cash flow.  
    That was what the whole Dianetic Clear, Past Life Clear, 
    Natural Clear bullsh*t was all about.  Get the suckers up to 
    the expensive levels quicker.

    Very nice to see you posting again, Martin.  We've missed 
    your incisive wit and humor.  I hope things are settled down 
    in your life enough for you to take on the duties of Bus 
    Monitor.  They're getting too unruly for me to handle by
