    MoFo firmly believes that this is a test case for freedom of
    speech on the internet.  That's why they're doing it for free
    (except expenses).  Any award for costs will be used to pay
    the donations back to EFF.  The remainder will be donated to
    organizations doing pro bono legal work.

    As far as I know the donations are keeping up with the $1500
    (give or take) per month, being fronted by MoFo for hard costs.
