    Well ... it's never been done before.  Come to think of it,
    the award has never been given to even *one* person (let alone
    2, or more).

    I'll have to take it to the ARS Rules Committee and see what
    they decide.  We have 3 more weeks.  Someone could still
    surpass Grady and SCAMIZDAT in pure evildoingness.

    But somehow I doubt it.
