    Phatso ordered all orgs to install microphones in every 
    auditing room back in the '60s, with a central listening 
    station in the Case Supervisor's office.  In the 70s he 
    wanted all registrar's offices bugged so the ED of the org 
    could listen in on the Big League Closing tek.  In the 80's 
    he had all the auditing rooms at Flag fitted with hidden 
    video cameras for monitoring and taping.
