I don't believe such speculation is useful. >Even if he doesn't misuse his position, I doubt that he is the right >person for any public job in the real world. We'll know better after we see the way he handles my case. >I suggest to start activities to remove his chair from under his butt. Tilman, I better get on the record right now as being opposed to any such action against opposing counsel. Cooley may be a total Scopes Monkey Tiral comic book character or he may knowingly be one of the driving forces behind the the cult's fraudulent activities. In either case he is an officer of the court and is subject to its law. Lots of people will be watching any antics he pulls. His position is made, for good or bad. Simply putting the information into the mix and allowing him to do "his thing" will probably be enough to assist him in making or breaking his reputation. Slack off. It works better. But do what you think is right. +--------------------------------------+ Rev. Dennis L Erlich * * the inFormer * * dennis.l.erlich@support.com + inForm@primenet.com "tar baby"
