    Be sure to point out the specific errors and give the exact 
    Phattard Dropping violated.  Word clearing Method 4 & 7 plus 
    star-rated checkouts are required.  Some clay-table work and 
    drilling is always appropriate.  TRs OT0-4 and 6-9 should 
    accompany every cram.

    Good luck.  These are very rough people to correct.
