    No one has claimed that there is a warrant or NCIC #
    connected to Wollard.  Tom has asserted that Wollard
    committed a criminal act against him.

    If Old Tumor would supply the info she has, Tom could
    file a complaint against this Bloodybutt thing for filing a
    false report to the police.  He could also instigate
    litigation against her.
