Sorry. Just making what I considered to be some vital corrections in your "data". >My post >was to a thread where people more or less gambled on when Grady Ward >would be raided. My guess is that he won't be raided at all. And I >also write *why*. Wrong "facts" about my life catch my attention. >I once learned that "when you try to predict what your opponent is >going to do, put yourself in his shoes". Which is exactly what I did. >I'm under the impression (from what I've read on a.r.s.) that the Co$ >routinely have members sign non-disclosure documents. So the documents >do exist. You still think you know more than me about what I signed and what I didn't sign? You are pretty damn cheeky. Read my deposition on the EFF web page if you want the facts. >But please note that I do *not* in any way say that those >documents are morally or legally binding! Signatures obtained by >coercion or through fraudulent means would not be regarded as binding >in most courts, but in the eyes of the Co$ those documents exist and >are binding. Like I said, there are no non-disclosure agreements that I signed and violated. If you want to keep saying that there are, we're gonna have a problem. >And if presented before a carefully chosen judge >(preferably a $cieno, or if such one can't be found, someone who knows >very little about the Co$) they can be used to get a warrant of some >kind. There have been no warrants issued. Writs. Writs of Seizure. There's a big difference. >(Please note that all the info I have on >this come through a.r.s., so some of it might be wrong). S'all I'm saying. You got it wrong from ars. This material has been thoroughly covered. >But since Grady Ward is not an ex-$cieno he hasn't signed anything, so >they can't get him on that. Right. :>>BTW I don't know who "Anonymous" is, and I don't want to know, but :>>whoever he/she/it is: Keep up the good work and may whatever God >*you* might have bless you.... :> Your use of the capitalize diety is also in error. > >Let's just agree to disagree on this one. Our common goal, i e keeping > people out of the Co$ and the eventual downfall of the cult, will not >be achieved if we squabble amongst ourselves. If you don't want to be contradicted, either don't post to a public forum, or don't get things wrong. >The antis on this group >come from different backgrounds, with all kinds of religious >affiliations, so I suggest we give the Co$ a hard time here on a.r.s. >and keep from commenting on other people's religious beliefs. Oh, they'll get a hard time alright. I've worked very hard to keep disinformation off the newsgroup, whether it makes them (or me) look better or worse. That's one of the reasons ars has achieved a degree of credibility. There is not more than one God. The capitalized form is for the Judeo/Christian diety. Other "dieties" are referred to as gods. "Whatever God" is self-contradictory english usage. Check with a grammar book or english professor. :> Hope this helps. (this is *not* a flaming) > >I have no intention of flaming you either, I just felt that you didn't >quite understand the thoughts behind my post. I understood the thoughts behind it fine. The facts left something to be desired. I suggest you read my deposition on the EFF web page, Ron Newman's web page and get this stuff straight. >WebWalker +--------------------------------------+ Rev.
